Seattle Waterfront Condo with a WalkScore of 99 (Walker’s Paradise) and TransitScore of 100 (Riders Paradise). There are 4 miles of walking/biking trails across from the condo. The unit is a 2 bedroom with queen beds and is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor condo complex.
Note: The 2nd bedroom is in the den and has no door. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfortable for 4, cozy for 6.

Offering views of the Puget Sound with ferries and maritime activities. The condo is within walking distance to the Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium (across the street), Ferry Terminal, Climate Pledge Arena (1.6 miles), TMobile Park (1 mile) and Lumen Field (.7 miles), Bell Street Harbor Center, Pier 66 cruise ship terminal, next to the Marriott Waterfront hotel, a myriad of restaurants, and the Seattle downtown core with shopping and entertainment. This condo complex is the only waterfront residential property in Downtown Seattle. Come experience this waterfront condo with all the comforts of home.

This is our 2nd visit (staying at this condo). What a great location right on the waterfront. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. Appreciate the communication with the hosts throughout our stay! Can’t say enough about the security! Much appreciated! Had a fabulous time and are looking forward to our next visit!

I wished I'd been a coffee drinker! There was every kind of coffee and coffee maker out there!! We were there for my husband's radiation treatments at Swedish. We wanted a view and we got it!! Can't wait to go back when he is feeling better and we can explore the surroundings. Was very close to the Market and all of the amenities at the waterfront. The parking was safe and easy. My only issue was we couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat! My husband loved it since he has been cold since July!!

The condo was excellent. Very clean, close to pike place, and was perfect for our needs. Had many amenities such as food, coffee, bath supplies, and many others. The owners were great communicators and wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend.

Amazing condo & location! The condo had everything you might ever need. The hosts are super friendly and communicative. The location is close to ferris wheel and Pike Market. We didnt need a car entire stay as everything is near by. We loved our stay.

One of the best short term rentals I've ever stayed in!

Location is amazing, right on the water. The property grounds are well kept. Condo was snug for 6 but OK because 4 are kids. The condo had absolutely everything we could ever have imagined needing, it was so well stocked! There are only a few rentals that I tell friends are a "must stay" when they travel, and this is one I will be recommending to all!

This place is perfectly situated for most downtown activities. We walked to Pikes Market, Miners Dock, Space Needle, and Olympus park. The hosts were responsive and the place well maintained. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing location - so close to everything! Apartment was stocked with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts are a dream - so communicative and caring! If there’s only one thing that was disappointing (but understandable) was that the AC was only in the bedroom. I slept in the guest bed (in the office/den) and it was very warm due to an u usually warm Seattle week. It’s probably not something that happens often in Seattle but it made for some uncomfortable sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-maintained condo. Remember when staying at a vacation rental used to feel like you were a guest in someone’s well loved home and not a flip property filled with dollar store items? This condo is definitely the former- comfortable linens, beds and pillows. High quality plates, utensils and knives that can actually cut things! The owners were communicative, helpful and even left snacks out for us to enjoy on arrival. We walked to Pikes Place, the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Garden, Modern Pop Museum and the Chiluly Gardens. The Great Wheel is just across the street, as are several ferry terminals. We would happily stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

Great Location, Comfortable Accommodations!

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was very convenient for exploring the waterfront without the hassle of a car. The condo itself was very comfortable and the hosts included several practical items that rental properties often leave out. We would come back again if we make it back to Seattle!

Cozy, Convenient, Home away from Home

This place is fully stocked with all the things you have at your house, but may not have traveled with! Mike and Melissa were so gracious to provide snacks, ziplock bags, coffee, etc. Everything is labeled and instructions are provided for everything that isn’t self-explanatory. There were games and a puzzle for the kids. We felt so welcome and had a great time!

Perfect location for visiting Seattle as part of our trip to Olympic in May of 2025. Very nicely appointed clean condo within walking distance to the waterfront and to Pike Place market. On site below ground parking was great but the spaces are tight, which we were warned about. Great communication with the hosts. Would stay here again.
