3's Company-"Villa Janet"- 1 Block from Gulf of Mexico, 300 feet to the Gulf

Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use.
"Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch (they both have king beds) and 1 bath (sleeps 4). Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill. We also have for your enjoyment: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The beds are very comfortable and the beach is right there! 6 restaurants are all within walking distance. The Marina has boat rentals if you so desire. We also have a community golf cart, "Stumpy's" that is free and you can just call and they will pick you up. Thursdays are our weekly farmer's market on Dearborn Street. Many places to enjoy! Please rinse all sand off. Also, make sure that the sand is out of the towel prior to washing.
We also have an outdoor shower for your use.
Each unit also has a hose next to it for you to rinse prior to entering your Villa. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for your use, please rinse them when you are done as the salt water can be harsh on them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little surprised by the online description the actual beach access was 1/2 block down to Gulf Blvd. then another half block down Gulf Blvd. to the beach access then approx. 50-60 yds. to the beach. Our bad. Great Owners to deal with!

Sorry for any confusion. We literally are 300ft to the actual beach. The access is Meredith Drive which is one lot away from us next to the light blue condo building. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great location a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Had everything I needed to cook and be comfortable. Available laundry was helpful. Didn’t get to use the bikes but look forward to that another time. Walking distance to several restaurants. Host was very helpful.

Tammi was a fantastic host. The place was super nice. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation. It was really clean and decorated very nice. The laundry facilities were excellent, the bikes were very nice. It was a little cool so we didn’t use the kayaks or paddle boards but they sure looked like fun. Beach chairs were nice. Would definitely stay here again! Tammi was very accommodating and helpful with local recommendations. Thank you for a great time!

Janet’s suite was just what we needed for our short stay in Manasota. We towed our golf cart, walked to the one main restaurant, Sand Bar, nearby for most of our lunches and dinners, and walked to the beach. The property has many amenities we didn’t even have a chance to use since we brought our own paddle boards. As of family of four but one bedroom apt, we assumed the sleeper sofa was in the converted sunroom but it was in the main living area but it worked out. The private outdoor shower with hot water was great to have after a long, sandy day at the beach. We found sharks teeth, explored Stump Pass state park (get there early!) and liked the quiet and residential aspect of the area. No tourist shops a limited restaurants meant less traffic and less crowds.

charming house in perfect location

perfect location next to the beach. there is everything you need for beach holiday including beach umbrella and beach chairs. charming house with great host. we will be there again, for sure.

Great location!

Loved the “3’s Company” theme! Barely 2 blocks to the beautiful beach and amazing sunset every night. Walking distance to my favorite tiki bar! The “Janet” was the perfect size for my hubby and me. The king bed was a big plus. Tammy was a super host! She let us in early and gave us a late checkout! Thank you Tammy! I would stay again!

Great property

The property was clean and everything one needed was there. Would like to stay longer next time. Looks like within the next few years some updating will need to be done. Negative: the bathtub was hazardously slippery. There is potential for a slip and fall.

We'd go back!

The property was in nice shape, and nicely stocked. Furniture was comfortable, there were welcomed basics like salt, pepper, and coffee, even some condiments! Easy walk to the beach, and the center of the town. Only real issue was that they painted the place, and after dark, we couldn't pick it out (same for the people in the other unit). Tammi says that picture will be changed. The new "Jimmy Buffett Coral" color is beautiful. You don't want to miss it!

Perfect quiet getaway

We stayed in Villa Janet for 8 days. Booking, check in, questions, concerns were all answered in a short time span. The unit was just as the photos showed and clean. Well appointed as well. Plenty of towels, pillows, dishes, beach implements everything one might need. Close to beach, really is a 3 minute walk across the street. Also close to Stump Beach which has a nature walk, shower and bathrooms. The weather was exceptional to boot. All in all a wonderful vacation spot. A few very minor issues. Webbing on chaise lounges need to be replaced. A light on the back steps is needed to traverse the stairs to laundry room. Very dark after sunset. A clock in bedroom woukd be a nice addition as well. Other than 3 tiny, tiny issues I would rate this place a 20 if I could. Both Tammi's very responsive and helpful. You will NOT be disappointed at all. This really was a great find for us. We hated to leave. Great way to spend the holidays.

Comfortable/tasteful cottage for 2 - just 400 steps to the beach!

We were delighted to find this afforable and clean location close to the beach. Englewood has lots of restaurants - just a walk away. But the little kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and RELAX. The bed & couches were comfy too. Plus, a shared washer & dryer to use; beach chairs & towels too. Thanks again!

My husband and I are from Baltimore, Maryland. We purchased this home to have a place to go and enjoy the beauty and serenity of Manasota Key. We know you will love everything about the area. This is also our home that we use many months out of the year so please treat it like it is yours. We are happy to share our sweet piece of heaven.

We love Manasota Key. We are located in a great location on the key. The Gulf of Mexico is 300 ft from our home. We can walk to the end of the key (south) to Stump Pass and enjoy the park and the Manasota Key Resort which serves food and drinks. We can also walk North and enjoy the many restaurants and Chadwick Park for fishing and launching our boat. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. We choose Manasota Key for the laid-back beach vibe. You immediately feel relaxed the minute you drive over the bridge. The people are friendly and kind. The sunsets are indescribable and never get old.
