* This BEAUTIFUL single family home on a quiet street is just steps away from Gulf Blvd and a short five minute walk to the pristine, white, sandy beach. It is a 3BR/2BA house that has been completely renovated from top to bottom and has a minimalist style with a modern beachy flair. You will love relaxing next to your large, heated pool. The private backyard offers lounge chairs in the sun or shade for your own personal oasis as well as a fun bar space. Incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico will be a highlight of your stay!

LIVING AREA
The comfortable living room has a 55” Roku TV to watch any of your favorite streaming services. Off of the living room you will find the perfect work-from-home set up including complementary WiFi and a printer. The sectional couch in the office pulls out to a full size bed for additional sleeping options.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen includes everything you will need including extras like a Keurig, Berkey water filter and child friendly dishes. The countertop seats 4 and the dining table seats up to 6.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a chair that pulls out to a twin bed and an additional desk space to work from your home-away-from-home. It also has a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size loft bed over the top.
Each of the three bedrooms has a Roku TV as well as a generous amount of closet space and dresser space.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The backyard features a pool, lounge chairs, an outdoor conversation area, a bar top, and a gas grill. The outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after beach days.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Everything you would need for the beach is available for use including: beach chairs, beach towels, a beach blanket, sand toys, a foldable wagon, cooler, boogie boards and more!

Pool toys are available including inflatable floaties, diving toys and kids goggles.

A pack n play, high chair and toys are on site as well.

Full size laundry is just off of the kitchen.

Parking available for up to four cars in the circular driveway.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-7am.

Rental Agreement must be reviewed, signed, and sent back.

Energy cap at $250/month.

This is a nice, quiet neighborhood which is ideal for your relaxing stay. It is just minutes up Gulf Blvd to Clearwater. Many amazing beaches are just a short drive away including Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island, and St Pete.
