Modern luxury awaits at this magnificent Cape Coral home. Boasting canal-front views, this home offers the best of indoor and outdoor living, with a resplendent, screened pool area and patio with a grill-kitchen, dining, and living areas. The single-level interior is tastefully appointed with elegant design.

The spacious, bright interior showcases an open layout with sparkling, white tile flooring featured throughout. Gather with friends and family on the luxe, leather sofa while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. Each smart TV has access to Netflix and Peacock so no need to bring your own steaming devices. The full island kitchen comes exquisitely outfitted with cookware utensils to suit even the most discerning of home cooks. The island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for five. Everyone can eat together at the eight-seater dining table. Challenge friends and family to a bit of competition with a few rounds of ice-hockey in one of the bedrooms.

Primary guests will find a private sanctuary in the main bedroom, complete with direct patio access. Master bathroom features soaking tub and walk-in shower. One of the additional three bedrooms has direct access to the pool bathroom so you can think of the house having an en-suite with walk-in shower.

Make the most of sunny, Florida weather on the expansive, private patio. After a cooling dip in a heated SALT water pool, relax poolside in one of the lounge areas while the grill master sets to work in the outdoor kitchen for a gourmet-style backyard barbecue. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table set for eight. For a special treat, head down to the canal-front viewing dock to soak up the rays or just spend a peaceful moment by the water. Up for a fishing challenge? Grab one of the fishing poles and catch your next big fish.

The house is fully equipped with beach items like wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and sand toys. Traveling with kids? We got you covered. Kids pool toys for little swimmers and high-chair along with Pack-N-Play for the youngest crew.

For those arriving with electric vehicles, we have a 40AMP EV charging station in the garage. Property is located in a highly sought SW part of Cape Coral close to restaurants, shops and various activities.

Great vacation spot! Close to everything in the Fort Myers area. Very convenient to restaurants and amenities. The house was in great shape very clean. The host was super helpful with suggestions and checked on us every day.Family four love the pool and the outside area and we even caught a couple of fish in the canal behind the place. A couple of nice golf courses are used to shore drive away.Highly recommend would definitely stay here again

Das Haus hatte eine gute und ruhige Lage (Wawa, First Watch, Aldi, Target, Walmart usw. in der Nähe) und sehr gute Ausstattung. Alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Kontakt zum Host war jederzeit möglich, dabei war der Host immer freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wirklich schönes und geräumiges Objekt mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Tolle Outdoorküche. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Viele Bäder entstressen einige sonst kritischeSituationen. Auch Entertainment per WLAN und TV ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der gesamte Poolbereich war ideal zur Entspannung. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral gem! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, and there were thoughtful extras throughout the house that made our stay so comfortable.We especially loved the outdoor space—fishing right off the canal was a highlight, and the screened-in lanai and private pool were perfect for relaxing any time of day. The home also had everything we needed for beach outings, including chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler.The location was peaceful and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and several stunning beaches. First time Vrbo stay

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo property and this home did not disappoint. The inside of the home is beautiful. The pool was clean and the lights at night were a whole vibe! We had everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to fishing poles and bait for my teen son to fish off the dock. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral. Lucas, the host was very communicative and answered questions very quickly.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Our family gets together in Cape Coral every summer. This year there were 7 of us, ranging in age from 10-65. First, communication with owner was amazing. Answered any questions we had prior to booking and checked in on us while we were there. Check in was easy and we were given all the codes and passwords ahead of time. The house was exactly as pictured! One of the cleanest rentals we have ever had- immaculate! The house also had everything we needed- plenty of toilet paper, pool and bath towels, spices and seasonings, plenty of pool toys and fishing and beach equipment too! The pool was clean and refreshing and my kids especially loved fishing off the dock. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows and blankets. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is minutes from so many stores and restaurants. We really had a great time relaxing outside or watching a movie together at night. So happy we went with this property!

Fantastic Stay

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We are a group of five women – over 60 – that travel together twice a year! We stayed at this house last October and couldn’t wait to come back! It’s perfect – very clean, everything you might need provided, Plenty of room, wonderful pool and deck area! Lucas is a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed! We loved our stay!

Family visit

The home was true to the pictures and description. It was spacious and well stocked for any needs. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals at the house and the outdoor grill as well. The pool was clean and a good temperature with many pool toys. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs were available and appreciated. Lucas was quick with responses to any questions and requests. A very attentive host and thought of all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to book this home again if we make a return trip to the area.

Beautiful house and true to its pics. The house is beautiful, incredibly stocked and truly has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool is really nice and like the house, has all of the pool toys a family would want. Last point is the property manager, Louis. Louis was the best property manager I have felt with with VRBO. He was attentive to our every need from places to go to making sure the pool was warm.Overall, great house, pool and of course, property manager, Louis. I would highly recommend this property for your getaway/vacatuon

Amazing house!

The house is just as great as the photos show. There is everything you would ever need in the house. The canal was so fun to see all the fish and turtles. Having two masters is great. We had a few friends for the Weekend and there was plenty of space for everybody to have their own privacy. Already trying to plan a trip back. Thank you so much for an awesome week!!

Great Place To Stay in Cape Coral

Had a very nice stay in Cape Coral in early December. House was up to date, clean and well furnished. Stayed at another Cape Coral house in 2021, this latest house was much nicer. Particularly enjoyed the nicely heated pool and the large poolside grill that was perfect for family and visiting friends who were staying elsewhere. Definitely would book again. .

Home away from home

Couldn't ask for anything more. Upon arrival the home was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with necessities to get you started. The location was great. Communication with host ways great, always helpful and quick with a response to any question you may have. I would recommend 100% and definitely would book in the future.

Very nice house

This house is very nice and it has everything you need in a vacation home. We booked very short notice (less than 24 hours) and everything still went super smooth. The communication with the owner was always very quick and helpful.

What can I add to the other reviews? Superb property which is very well equipped for any family. Lucas the owner is super helpful, the few very minor problems we had were resolved very quickly. If you book, rest assured, you will not be dissapointed.

Beautiful and Clean

This was by far the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and outdoor space was awesome! The kiddos caught a lot of fish off of the dock! Highly recommend!

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!

We booked this property for our yearly family vacation. The host contacted me several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean!! It’s the cleanest vacation rental we have ever had. Our paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent was provided which was a nice treat. We enjoyed the pool so much. The garage had a wagon that we used to carry our things to the beach. We enjoyed it so much! Thank you to Lucas! You were a great host!

Best vacation house for family with kids

The house was perfect we stayed there for 6 days with 6 adults and 3 kids. We do vacation every year and this has been the best house yet that we have gotten. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and the house has everything you need! Thank you Lucas for making our vacation great! I highly suggest this house for kids lots of pool toys everything you could need for beach in garage. Board game in the house plus and air hockey table! We had a great vacation!
