4-person DUPLEX IDEAL FAMILY IN MONTGENÈVRE

Sunny duplex of 33 M2 with unobstructed views of the mountain, very well equipped and very quiet, located in a small residence on the 4th and last floor with elevator with a ski area of 400 kms of slopes and very close to Italy (1 1/4 hours from Turin by car and border 1 KM). The resort is also very popular with cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts for its many possibilities for walks, including the valley of La Clarée. You have a golf course and a balneotherapy center visible from the apartment.

The balcony in full sun allows you to have your lunch with a superb view of the Chalmette ski area even in the middle of winter...
On the first floor is the bedroom under the framework with a 160 bed (2 pillows 50X70 and 2 pillows in 60X60 plus a duvet 260X240) and a bed of 90 (1 cushion 50X70 and duvet 200X200). If you do not wish to take your sheets, our concierge can provide them for you (price per week: 16 Euros for the bed kit for 2 people, 10 Euros for the 90 bed, 8 Euros for the towel kit per person). Option to be specified when booking, (payment desired directly to the concierge service)
Cleaning fee and key collection mandatory cleaning (125 Euros).
Mountain area with 2 bunk beds in 90 (cushions 50X70 and duvet 140X200).
Plenty of storage space and good equipment (Fagor steam processor, kettle, toaster, raclette machine...) and Nespresso coffee maker for coffee lovers. We leave the essentials to start your stay and count on you to replace what you will have consumed for the next occupants please...)
The free N2 Village shuttle picks you up at the foot of the building and drops you off on the snow front (bus station for easy access to the ski school) every quarter of an hour or so during the ski season (posted schedules). You have a common parking space at the foot of the building. A remote control to access the parking lot will be given to you against a deposit of 50€ which will be refunded when it is returned at the end of your stay.

In addition, an emergency medical office is present on the station, which is a very reassuring plus!
We do not accept pets due to allergies.
