Apt Ella - a new 2 bed duplex in Les Alberts (Montgenevre)

This beautiful new apartment is one of 3 apartments which have been sensitively renovated throughout from what had been an old barn originally. Filled with charm and character, this 2 bedroom duplex apartment can be found to the third floor and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. It has capacity for up to 6 people and is located in the village of Les Alberts (Montgenevre 1400) in the heart of the Claree Valley. For those looking to visit in the winter, it is perfectly situated for Les Alberts nordic skiing just 200m (door to piste). It is also well situated between the main resorts of Montgenevre and Serre Chevalier - with a short 10 min drive in either direction and easy proximity to Briancon. Apartment access on third floor with stunning views of the Valley de Clarée.While for those who aren't looking to drive, private door to piste transfers can be pre-booked for a supplementary fee (details below).

AVAILABLE FROM WINTER 2021/22 : Outdoor jacuzzi to shared garden area. Can be pre-booked per night for a supplementary fee of 100€ per night (subject to availability - please ask for details)

Tres joli appartement cocooning

Nous avons passé un bon sejour a la bergerie. Tout etait parfait dans l'appartement hormis un petit manque de luminosite mais compensé par de jolis eclairages. Dommage que les pistes de ski de fond etaient fermees aux alberts sinon cela aurait ete vraiment super pour alterner entee ski de fond et ski de piste a montgenevre.

Séjour fantastique

Très beau logement très bien décoré et très bien tenu par James et Julia dans un charmant hameau de montagne. Le jardin et le jacuzzi sont très appréciables ! Nous reviendrons.

Parfait

Le gite est très agréable, propre, et joliment décoré. Il est très bien placé pour partir randonner dans la vallée de la Clarée et près de Briançon pour les commodités. Le jardin est charmant. Le propriétaire du gite est très sympathique, réactif et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances

Appartement bien décoré et bien équipé mais assez étriqué

L appartement est aménagé avec gout. Le propriétaire est sympatique, réactif et serviable En revanche l appartement ne dispose pas de 2 chambres fermées mais d une chambre et une mezzanine ouverte ce qui n etait pas adapté pour 2 couples que nous etions. Les ouvertures sont petites et hautes donc aucune vue. Les stores des velux ne masquent pas la lumiere ce qui genere un reveil tot Le jardin est difficile d acces La location est assez chere pour la prestation par rapport a ce que nous louons regulierement a la montagne

Super accueil de James le propriétaire. Location très bien située dans ce joli village de montagne. Très bien équipée. À refaire l'été pour profiter encore mieux de l'endroit.

Logement et jardin dans un très bel endroit

Notre hôte James était très accueillant et habite à une dizaine de mètre de la location (pratique en cas d'imprévus et pour la remise des clés). Le logement ainsi que le jardin sont très sympathiques. A noter qu'il serait intéressant que l'annonce soit également rédigée en français car de mon côté je pensais que c'était une maison avec jardin privé de plein pied ce qui n'est pas le cas : je n'ai pas prix le temps de traduire le texte qui est bien explicite mais pas en français. Par ailleurs, le jacuzzi n'était pas présent : il faudrait le retirer de l'annonce. Quoi qu'il en soit cela ne nous as pas plus dérangé que ça. Merci à James pour ce séjour dans ce très bel endroit !
