Our luxury one bedroom suite is located within the business district of downtown Newark New Jersey. This gorgeous home is a 20 minute train ride to New York City Penn station, a 10 minute ride to Newark international airport, and a short walk to Broad Street train station. It is the perfect place to settle in, get comfortable and unwind.

Double-booked, stranded with my two kids, late-night...

The property was double-booked. I didn't even know that was possible. When we arrived at the property, it was 10:30 pm and I'd just driven 7 hours with my two kids. The provided door code didn't work, someone that lives in the building finally let us in after 20 minutes of attempts and multiple unanswered calls to the host... we went upstairs where the second door code failed, only to learn upon knocking, that there was already someone in our unit! If you haven't been to Newark, it's congested, traffic is aggressive, and it's a intimidating at night... but luckily, and thank god, the people are friendly and happy to help. That is the only thing that saved this "double-booking" disaster. We ended up spending way more than planned, more than I could afford, to stay at a nearby hotel for the duration of our trip. So I can't speak to the cleanliness of the property, and the host did refund the payment immediately, but once in awhile, an apology isn't sufficient. This felt like one of those times.

Location was good!

Appreciate how the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As well, appreciate how easy and close it was to access the buses and trains for our commute to NYC and the Giants game. Overall a good experience!

Everything we needed!!

This place was amazing! It had more than we expected as far as a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of laundry supplies, great closet space, and an unexpected super cumfy rollaway cot to mention a few. We really appreciated the quick and helpful response from the owners too. Never felt like we were alone out there if we needed something. We stayed for an extended time over a month and we were really able to make this place our home while we were there. Kimberly is amazing and we will be back. Highly recommend!!
