This beautifully remodeled, light and bright top floor condo is just steps away from the indoor community gym/pool. Boasting laminate floors throughout and brand-new carpet in the bedroom, this open concept floor-plan is equipped with an extended island for seating and new dual-pane windows and sliders. Complete with an in-unit washer/dryer and a west facing balcony. The condo gets tons of afternoon sunlight and is close to all of Monterey's best restaurants, shops and attractions. It’s only 10 minutes driving to Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley, and Pebble Beach. Walk distance to downtown Monterey, Cannery Row, Old Fisherman's Wharf, and world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment are close at hand - and the coastal recreational trail is steps away. Come and enjoy all the amenities the Monterey can offer!

Business Stay In Monterey

I stayed at this property for a business assignment in Monterey. Booking, checkin, and communication with owner was flawless. This property was clean, appropriately furnished and in a quiet, safe and very convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely and quiet rental with great amenities. Comfortable for a one-month stay.

This is a lovely and quiet rental with great amenities, like the in-unit washer and dryer, top-floor location with balcony, and gym on the property. We really loved the location behind the Monterey Peninsula College - located on a hill in a quiet and safe neighborhood with access to beautiful morning walks on the college's track. The actual rental was very clean and simple, minimally decorated with all necessities provided. Our one issue was the WiFi - the rental didn't have a designated WiFi and used xfinity, which didn't work well anywhere but in the bedroom. With a couch and queen sized bed, I would also say that this rental would only comfortably fit 4 in certain circumstances, as the couch is quite small. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! Yevgen and Nataliya were very responsive and accommodating to the best of their abilities.
