Come and enjoy some of the warmest gulf waters.
Great residential neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping yet private . The house sits one street over from the intercoastal waterway . Enjoy ocean breezes on the enclosed lanai There are many lovely public beaches within a few miles including Venice beach, Manasota beach and , Caspersian beach etc. Home has both front and back screened lanai for quiet relaxation. Everything you need for a great day at the beach-cooler, chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids.
New water purification system and new air conditioning recently installed.
3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

A very comfortable home. Loved sitting in the sun in the morning on front lanai and in afternoon in the back living room window. Was very close to Shamrock Nature Park where we walked/biked daily. Was very nice.

Great Location

Ed responded quickly and check in was a piece of cake. My wife and I stayed with our four kids and had a blast going to the local beaches soaking in the sun and searching for sharks teeth. The home was well equipped with beach supplies, linens and everything you needed for home cooked meals. If your not into making food there's plenty of local restaurants around. Only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom. I've always opted for a firm mattress but that one is extra stiff. All in all great place to stay and made a lot of memories.

3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bath one ensuite. Front lanai with two rocking chairs .
Out back is a full lanai with wicker sofa and dining table for 6.

Quiet community near the intercoastal. Many area beaches just a short 6 minute drive away. Lots of restaurants nearby both chains and local fare. Shamrock park just a few miles away. with public tennis courts and play space for kids. Enjoy a stroll or bike ride along the intercoastal waterway.
Walk through the Lemon Bay Preserve where you can observed a variety of local birds . This is a draw for many people that enjoy nature. The entire neighborhood is in a nature preserve
