• Please be advised that the primary road leading to this home is having repairs completed during the months of April and May of 2025. During this time, check-in will be after 5 pm, but will include a complimentary late checkout of Noon on day of departure. Road access will be limited between 8 am and 5 pm each day, although a single-lane gravel road will be available for ingress and egress during this time.
• Please be aware that Mountain Air Community requires guests to complete a “Guest Access Form” 72 hours prior to your arrival. Thank you!

Due to a steep, winding paved road leading to Skyfall, located in the Mountain Air community, the use of an all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the indoor fireplace, you'll need to bring firewood with you.

We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 1 dog) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (plus taxes) 1 dog max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
