If you're looking for a budget-friendly weekend getaway, or an extended beach vacation, 7013 Ocean Breeze is the perfect choice! Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures. This 2-bedroom vacation rental in Hilton Head Island allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $200. ($100 for each additional pet).

This two-story end unit villa is an 8-minute walk to the white sandy beaches Hilton Head is known for. Enjoy biking, jogging, beachcombing, volleyball, and building castles in the sand. Nearby amenities include the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. And you are just steps from the sparkling pool!

Whether you're looking for a place close to the beach, one of the best golf destinations in the USA, a peaceful setting for relaxing, or a high-energy/high-activity vacation, this villa offers it all.

The first floor provides a great living area perfect for movie or game night, or just kicking back with a good book. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for fixing everything from morning coffee to a gourmet meal to enjoy in the dining area or on your private deck. The bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own private bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. A laundry closet is conveniently located on the second floor, too.

This was our second stay here. Definitely would stay again. Upgrades were made in the upstairs bathrooms that were really nice. Our toddler son calls it our home away from home, so I he gives it a 10/10. I can’t speak on the responsiveness of the host, because we never needed to reach out - which is how it should be! Thanks for a great summer getaway.

Great Vacation

Ocean Breeze Review

We loved the modern decor at this property and the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs. Property was clean and well maintained. It was close to everything but was a little too far from the beach to walk. Overall we had a very positive experience.

Great condo

We have stayed many times at Ocean Breeze and this unit was as nice as any. We liked the open layout on the first floor unlike all other units we have stayed. Everything you need is here! We would stay here again.

Great family getaway

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of four. A little further from the beach than we would have liked to be but renting bikes was a huge help. House was nice and clean which is always a plus. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo and easy process

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. We had plenty of space for our family of four and the condo was very comfortable. The property managers gave us access to an app for communication and information throughout our stay and it was very easy to use and understand. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Great property owner.

Steve, as always, was very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to change our stay due to the hurricane with no hassle whatsoever. Coligny beach is amazing!!!! The condo is clean and easy to find. Our dogs loved it too!

This condo was clean and convenient. It didn’t have any strange smells or anything that didn’t look clean. The upstairs bathrooms could use updating but other than that it was awesome. Would highly recommend!

Cozy spot

Unit was very clean. Downstairs was recently renovated, upstairs bathrooms dated. 18 steps to second floor a little tough with a bad hip but overall enjoyed the stay. Odd that beach umbrella was available to use but no beach chairs, have to rent locally.

Beautiful Trip to Hilton Head

What a wonderful place! The rental was beautiful for our stay in Hilton head and my parents first. Great location on the end. The downstairs with the kitchen remodel was perfect! The bathrooms upstairs need an upgrade, but they worked just fine. Our dog Luca enjoyed looking out the sliding glass doors at the squirrels in the morning! We would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks for hosting us!

Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. We were very surprised that the condo did not have a pet odor given the fact that it is a pet friendly place. We were so thankful that the condo came stocked with hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom. All of the dishes in the kitchen were spotless and ready to use. The price for this condo was great. We will definitely be back again!

Comfortable condo but upstairs is not renovated like downstairs

The stay was ok due to a lot of people around us not picking up after dogs or putting them on a leash and terrifying our dogs and there are several stray cats just walking around. The dumpster was full the entire time so it was inconvenient to be able to dump the trash. The condo itself was good and had lots of utensils to cook with in kitchen and eat in which is great for families to save on money by being able to keep groceries. Washer and dryer and WiFi was awesome because I still had to work some.

Perfect for a couple or small family

Communication with the owner/host was quick, efficient, and fantastic leading up to our visit to HH. The directions to check-in/arrive are super clear and the property is cute, well maintained, and conveniently located to public beach access (Alder Ln is closest - Coligny isn't too far either) and the main little tourist area around Coligny Plaza - we walked everywhere all weekend. The dog-friendly aspect was great and HH is wonderful for allowing dogs on the beach before 10am and after 5pm in-season (too hot in between anyway). We didn't really check out much the property itself had to offer (pools, etc) because we were there for such a short time but we loved the sounds of tree frogs at night, Spanish moss, and herons and turtles close by on the property. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for a great weekend!

The Coziest and most peaceful trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every part of our trip! Especially where we stayed, very up to date- modernized look. The grey flooring throughout was beautiful and I thought the grey carpet on the steps, were a sweet touch. All we heard add night was nature and it was so wonderful. The refrigerator- freezer was even complimentary! We loved how you can pop out the ice chest in the freezer to fill up your cooler, perfect size and easy to do. This place was also very clean and everything laid out to make us feel at home. And there was even a sweet gift bag with special items inside. The only question I need answered is what kind of pillows were in the master bedroom? They felt like clouds!

Great location, property needs some TLC.

This location was great. It is about a 10 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Great location on the beach that is far enough away from the more crowded Coligny plaza area. The unit is right across from the tennis court, where we played pickleball daily! The unit was also clean! (At least the floors, kitchen, furniture, etc were...see below) Now to some of the "maintenance" items. Oddly, one of the first things I noticed was the return vent at the top of the stairs was absolutely filthy. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The gasket in the washing machine was gross and I cleaned it out. Lots of gunk, hair, sludge, etc. The fan in the kids room doesn't work, amd it's in a terrible place anyway with the bunk bed. One fan blade was missing as were two of the light globes. The kids bathtub also filled up with several inches of water during every shower and water came out the head and spigot. Both bathrooms need serious updating. Also there are some light bulbs out in the kitchen. We thought the beds were comfortable (although, why not a king in the master? There's plenty of room!) Overall, I WOULD stay here again. Hopefully the owners can give the place a little attention to take it from "very good" to "great!"
