Beautiful End Unit Single Level Condo North Coast Village - Walk to the beach!!

Enjoy ocean views from the deck of the NCV Unit #B200, a 2 bedroom/2 bath single level end unit. Sleeps 6, King Bed, Double Bed, Twin Bed and Rollaway Bed. There is a Pack n Play Portable Crib with Mattress. The Unit is equipped with K-cup coffee, Internet TVs, games, beach chairs, towels, and sand toys.

The property is a tropical paradise with streams, gardens, koi ponds and waterfalls. Large outdoor heated pool and hot tub available year round. includes one indoor reserved parking spot and extra parking available outside
In a near by city lot.

The community center offers amenities galore including pool tables, ping pong, Foosball, and TV/game rooms. Free access to gorgeous fitness center and we have a coin-op laundry on site. North Coast Village is located between Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier.

A one minute walk to the beach, short walk to the pier, bike and surf rentals, and craft restaurants and breweries. Enjoy amazing sunsets on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, The Safari Park, Lego Land, Birch Aquarium, Gas Lamp, and Seaport Village all close by. A great family vacation for everyone!

We hand a wonderful time at our stay here. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. The kids loved the easy access to the pool. The walk to the beach is short and we enjoyed the playing in the water with the provided boogie boards.The balcony has a view of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We all wished we could stay longer!

The room was clean and very nice. It was lovely! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! I wish I had that mattress at home! Access to the room was very easy from the parking garage. All needed supplies were available. Everything was well cared for and well maintained. We had a wonderful time. We would stay here again. It was a bit of a walk through the garage to get to the pool and beach because this unit is on the farthest corner of the complex/building. That is good if you want a quieter area, but there are train tracks, and the train does go by a few times during the night. It wasn't an issue for us, but still nice to know. I do think there needs to be a tiled entrance/dining area. The entire unit, except for the bathrooms and kitchen, is carpeted. It is a beach vacation location, and sand is to be expected, but it doesn't mix well with white carpet.

The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated and steps from the beach. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. It has a "one butt" kitchen :) meaning only one person could work at a time, but it was stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals along with a Keurig. The dining table and sofa were huge and would be perfect for family. In the closet we found everything we would need for a day at the beach except towels and our swimsuits! Umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards AND a beach wagon to haul it all to the sand! Watching live TV was a bit tricky, but when all else fails, READ THE DIRECTIONS! lol There's a binder with all the info you need. The condo was very clean, and the complex is gorgeous. We appreciated the basket of ear plugs....once the sun goes down, the Strand becomes THE place to be for people to cruise in their cars-no harm, just lots of young people having a great time.On our next visit to Oceanside, we'll be checking this condo first and hope it's available. Thanks for a great stay!

Patty had excellent communication, and was very friendly. The property was clean, and had everything that was listed online. We have stayed at this community before and love the grounds, and its convenience for getting to the ocean, harbor, and pier all by walking. The only cons, which is the nature of a coastal town, is the lack of air conditioning. Patty has a lot of fans though to help with windows open in the evenings. If noise bothers you when sleeping, the property is on the corner of two main roads and by the train that runs the length of Oceanside. Patty does have a basket of disposable war plugs in the unit for use if needed.

Beautiful, clean property with views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo came with everything you need for a fun beach trip! The resort grounds are just gorgeous, it has all the amenities, and you can’t beat the location. The host is thoughtful enough to provide plenty of disposable earplugs for the bit of street noise if you sleep with windows open.

Spacious, Clean, and Great Location

Wonderful Condo with space and beautiful beach vibe decor. North Coast Village is a great location for access to the beach and harbor, and ownership sets you up to have a great vacation! This condo is great for families.

Best! Oceanside Northcoast Village the best!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo and you’re always prompt and kindness help. This is the best stocked, designed, comfort 2nd story condo we have stayed at North Coast Village and we’ve been there for over 15 years for our summer vacations. Greatly appreciated the ear plugs but we find sound machines (highly recommended) by each night stand way better when staying at North Coast Village.This condo had everything we needed, cart beach, chairs, towels, nightly games, sand toys, boogie, beds comfortable, large table fit family dinner & games plus showers clean. Appreciate the extra hangers & blankets/pillows. Love the easy walk to beach, harbor for ice cream/ shopping & food plus walking to pier to fish & place our painted rocks in the round about, & sun set AM & PM Thursday market oh plus easy walk to local Papas store & walk donuts coffee, & yes see the Top Gun movie house for treats. We enjoy Oceanside & this condo easy access to walk everywhere. Hope something good happens for you today!

Family friendly

My husband, my mom, my 10 year old twins, my baby and I just got done staying here and it was wonderful! Very clean. Easy access to the beach, harbor, pier, etc. The kids all had a blast! Highly recommend!

Great location

Perfect stay for the ironman. Easy walking distance to the beach and ironman village. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again.

Amazing Location and Amenities

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays - an added bonus! The location could not have been better. Everything was walkable and easy to get to, we completely enjoyed the area and would love to return.

Time for relaxation

Great attention to the details. They had a closet full of beach stuff which negated the need for us to have brought our own. Kenshin is small but well equipped. The beds and the rest of the condo were just right. They even included earplugs because of the commuter train that drives by. The only thing I wish they had in the condo was dish rags to wipe things down.

Lovely but noisy!

The condo was very nice, clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were bright and super clean, and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. We enjoyed the large dining table, the chairs on the balcony, and the big sectional sofa! The property is lovely, well kept and clean, and the pool is beautiful. The only real complaint I have is that the condo was very noisy due to its location on a corner and near the commuter train rail. It was quite warm during our visit, and we wanted to keep the windows open at night, but the noise from the train was loud and trains were operating throughout the night. In addition, there was lots of noise from cars, motorcycles and pedestrians on the street. We did use the earplugs provided, but it was still a bit hard to sleep for some of us. Beyond that, we had six people, which is what the condo is listed as accommodating. There was a cot for the sixth person, but the only place to locate it was in the living room. This was not ideal. Fortunately the condo is fairly roomy, which helped!

Loud train

This is a great location for the beach. HOWEVER, the unit faces the street and the intersection below and the commuter train across the street are very very noisy. There isn’t a train signal so the train has to blare its horn every time is crosses the street. This starts before dawn and goes well into the night. I didn’t not see any mention of a train in the description or the reviews. This ruined our trip as NONE OF US COULD SLEEP. We decided to leave a day early.

O'side Getaway

We had a lovely stay at North Coast Village. The condo was beautiful, clean and had every amenity we could have needed including lots of fun stuff for the beach. North Coast Village was a lovely little oceanside community. The only downside was that the noise from the street outfront and the train got a little loud at times, but we would definitely stay here again.
