Enjoy sensational Ocean and garden views and resort style living in our spacious Penthouse condo. This is a two-story condo with an upstairs master bedroom with king bed. 47-inch flat screen tv and a roof-top balcony that features a gorgeous ocean view with balcony height tables with seating for eight and two lounge chairs. The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, a 55 inch flat screen TV, and sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is very large with two double beds complete with flat screen and Wi-Fi. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen has new granite counters, and all amenities needed to prepare a light snack or a multi course meal. We welcome you with a basket of snacks.

To enjoy the complex amenities, you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi Pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi. Locate the recreation room and inspect the quality of the health club equipment, the sauna room, the billiard and foosball tables, explore the library and the ping pong rooms. There are well equipped laundry facilities in each building. Feel comfortable that the gated complex is protected with 24-hour security.
Take a jog or leisurely walk along the beach and head down to the harbor which includes activities such as: fine dining, jet ski and or kayak rental, sailboat excursions, and even deep-sea fishing trips. Walk south along the ocean towards the pier and enjoy activities such as: fishing, surfing, fire rings fine dining/breweries, and even a 16-screen movie theater.
Other southern California activities include driving down and visiting areas such as Los Angeles and or San Diego area. Between these locations are numerous amusements parks conveniently located such as: Disneyland, Knott’s berry farm, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and the wild animal park.

Oceanside 1/2 Ironman - Prime Location

We didn't spend much time in the condo or use the facilities as we were in town for the 1/2 ironman. However, the condo location was excellent and was very well stocked with kitchen spices, utensils, cloths etc.

Such a fabulous rental

Amazing Beach Destination

We spent a week enjoying the beach and the North Coast Village. The views from the lower balcony were very nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely equipped. It is a short walk out to the beach with beautiful sand and waves and boogie boarding. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful

The complex is superior and the views of the ocean are spectacular, some construction was going on but did not affect us and it shows how they upkeep the complex. The unit is very well stocked and the owner is very accessible, minor things like fresh paint and carpet cleaning are needed but well expected at the end of a rental peak season. We will definitely be looking to stay again the next time we are in town. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Great Location

We enjoyed our visit and the condo was in a great location to the beach and Harbor restaurants. Host supplied beach accessories which was a bonus. Location secure and the grounds are beautiful. The Condo needs updating as it’s quite outdated and needs some TLC. Would also recommend some air freshener as the place is musty smell due to being close to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and amenities of the complex were great.

We love North Coast Village. This property was very comfortable and worked perfect for us. We would stay here again. Hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic spot, with fantastic owners

Had a great experience with Diane and George's condo. Location was great for easy access to both the harbor and downtown Oceanside. The upstairs deck has amazing views of the ocean, along with plenty of sun. Diane was also incredibly responsive to our questions, and unfailingly helpful. We're looking forward to staying here again next year.

Wonderful place to say with wonderful host

We love coming to Oceanside and staying at North Coast Village. It is our favorite place to stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and our married daughter's family. It had everything we needed to make our week-long stay complete. When we need a two-bedroom condo again we would love to stay here again.

Great spot in the Ironman course

Great location right on the IRONMAN Oceanside run course. Making it super convenient for race week. Close to the beach and a great pool and hot tub at the complex.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Everything was very clean and as expected from the pictures. We had to contact the owners and they couldn’t have been any nicer or helpful during our stay. We would definitely return here again.

Vacation rental

Diane was very helpful in helping us find the property. The listing looked just like the photos, we had an excellent time. The beach was a short walk away and the views of the ocean from the balconies are amazing. I highly recommend it for any family or couple just wanting to get away. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. We were visiting my son at Camp Pendleton… minutes away. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. Met the owner during the stay and had a great conversation. All in all great stay.

Family beach vacation

Everything about this stay was perfect. The owners are very quick to respond with accurate information. The pictures on the listing do not do the place justice. It's a beautiful condo with beautiful ocean views and a perfect layout configuration for a family. A lot of amenities on the common grounds. My kids love the koi pond, the beach, the pool and the hot tub.

Wonderful Place...Great Location

My family had a wonderful time at this condo. The views are exceptional. My wife and I really enjoyed finishing off the day with a glass of wine on the upper balcony...life was good. The condo is in good shape and the beds were comfortable. It is a great location for doing all that southern California has to offer (LEGOLAND, Disneyland, San Diego Zoo) or just hanging out at North Coast Village. We are hoping to get back there again.

Perfect Beach Stay

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach. The owners communicate well and ensure everything is going well. The listing accurately describes all the amenities and extras provided with the condo. Having stayed at multiple condos in this complex, this unit provides very nice extras such as outdoor towel hooks, snacks, cable TV, laundry card access, ping pong paddles and others. Would highly recommend this unit
