Exceptional Newly Remodeled, Ocean View 1-bedroom unit

Royal Kahana #107 is a spectacular unit featuring a fresh remodel with upscale furnishings and decor. This one-bedroom unit boasts some spectacular ocean views from it's very private lanai area conveniently located on the ground floor. Located on the north end of the resorts property, this unit provides a ton of privacy.

The master bedroom is quipped with a large king bed, and for travelers with more than 2 people, there is a very comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Being on the ground floor, this unit is very convenient for guests arrival and departures, as well as for families with younger children.

The resort pool is a great place to relax and unwind while watching the sunset. Fronting the beach is a seasonal sand beach. A short walk (less than 1 minute) to the south on the seawall gets you to a year round sand beach with great snorkeling.

Located centrally between Kapalua and Kaanapali and Lahaina, you are a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. There are also great restaurants and coffee shops within a quick walk away.

This unit is under new ownership and new management, and we know you will enjoy your time if you decide to book it.

**Please note the Association has informed us that there is construction being performed on the buildings to help structural integrity; spalling work to be specific. They anticipate construction noise for a few weeks, 5 days a week from 9am - 4pm. No exact completion date, but they are expecting the work to go through February.

***Effective Jan1, 2024, A new Royal Kahana Resort parking fee will be $18 per night for 1 vehicle; currently the rate is $15. This fee is payable to the Resort's Front Desk at check-in and is not included in your quote.***

Muaui vacay

Generally was a good clean accommodation. The only problem we experienced was very tiny bugs on the counter near the kitchen sink. We left 2 muffins in a clamshell over night and the next morning the muffins and the counter top was crawling with these tiny bugs. Thankfully I noticed them before I took a bite!

Royal Kahana Nice Stay!

Royal Kahana #107 was a clean, updated and comfortable condominium for our vacation. The overall property itself is dated, but clean. The unit itself is updated, modern and comfortable. The views from the patio were amazing! We would certainly stay at this unit again.

Wonderfully Decorated!

Very nice upgrades. The place was clean, comfy, and aesthetically pleasing. Front door doesn't open well so we thought it was locked but it was actually just a hard door to open. And there wasn't as much of a view of the water as we thought there would be. But it was conveniently located just steps from the swimming pool and was well equipped with everything we needed. I'd definitely stay again!

Great stay

This property was amazing! It was attached to the beach, had a lovely pool, and the place itself was very spacious. The only reason why I took one star away is most restaurants were a decent drive away.

Great stay over all, few minor issues… They charged $15 a day for parking which we were not told about, The water faucet in the bathroom did not work properly, The location was great and we enjoyed staying there. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed the clean, updated condo. Good AC. The pictures and descriptions were spot on. Ocean views were beautiful. Nice, quiet area. The property management was excellent. We had a question and Emmett responded immediately. The host provided suggestions which were helpful. We walked every morning to the nearby coffee shop. We also walked across the street to Dollie's Pub, a great local place to go for great pizza and drinks. Would highly recommend staying here.

Long weekend

Lovely & Comfortable Accommodations

The accommodations were very comfortable and had everything we needed. From beach towels/chairs to laundry pods to do a load of wash. The property manager was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The property at Royal Kahana is very well maintained and close to amenities and several beautiful beaches. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite as a place to call home for your stay here in Maui.

Older property, but unit has been nicely updated and has a comfy bed. Good AC. Good location, easy parking. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas - lobby, BBQ’s, pool, etc. condo was well equipped with towels, dishes, etc.

Comfortable place to stay in Kahana

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners have done a very good job to make their guests’ stays easy. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler ready to go. The bed was super comfortable. The furnishings were lovely. When we had to contact Emmett, the property manager, he responded immediately. One issue we had was that the oven/broiler did not work, although the burners did. When instructed to flip the breaker off and on to try to get the oven to work, we located the fuse box but decided to not touch anything since the fuse box looked dicey. We also couldn’t understand why the burners and the oven would have been on separate breakers. The other issue was the instruction sheet left for guests. It needs updated so that the current situation with the locks and with trash disposal is accurately presented. These, however, were minor annoyances and overall our stay in this property was just what we needed. Kudos to the owners for making their unit so comfortable and welcoming.

Family Time

My daughter and family absolutely loved this place. Ground floor, secure patio, toys left from others. They watched toddler play in mornings while drinking coffee. We had a sudden death occur which delayed her travel, Ryan (host) was so understanding and even though I didn't ask for refund, he offered on his own and refunded night we lost. Says a lot about his personality.

Love to warm pool and easy beach access. Condo was clean and fresh. Ryan was very accessible and accommodating. For anyone sleeping on the pull out in the front room, there is a bit of noise from the front parking lot as guests come and go at all times of the night (likely due to flight arrivals/departures). The bedroom is very quiet.

Perfection. Out of all the places we have stayed in Maui this is our favorite. Beautiful condo, beautiful sunsets right on the water, quiet lanai with beautiful view. Beach a couple minutes walk away.
