This contemporary townhome is part of the iconic Aliki development and has been designed for beauty and relaxation. Listen to the ocean from first and second-floor balconies. Living room and Primary Bedroom have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. King beds and TV’s in both bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, access to a beautiful swimming pool, outdoor grilling and easy access to the beach. You’ll step back into old-Florida in Flagler Beach while enjoying its amazing restaurants and small-town charm. Those who come here….come back!

Nice condo

Great location. Beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. Two furnished patios overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Recliner chair. Swimming pool. Great hosts.

Our Happy Place

Could not of been a more perfect stay! From start to finish, excellent communication with the owners, they were so helpful. We are already looking at when to book our next visit. Love Flager Beach, cannot wait to return.

Awesome change in everyday life

All the “red tape” from reservation to checkout was concise, well organized and it made everything extremely easy and stress free. We especially enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The accommodations were perfect for my little family. What topped it off were our hosts. They made us feel very welcome and as a friend.

Fantastic beach condo

This condo was great. The layout worked well for our family with 2 small kids, and came with everything we needed. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and they even had beach chairs and toys in the closet.

Celebrated 27th Anniversary

What a wonderful stay in this amazing condo! The view was pure perfection and we spent the entire week staring at it from the downstairs balcony! The condo is a quick walk (less than a mile) into town and we even saw two Spacex launches! Just an amazing experience all the way around!

Beach stay

Perfect beach condo just across the street from a walk-over to the ocean. Great views from an upper and lower balcony. Well appointed and a short distance from restaurants ( we often walked). Dog friendly. We hope to come back!

Aliki Condo - Greg and Robin Scott - May 2024

Very smooth transaction from beginning to end. Great location, especially for a relaxing beach vacation. No need to drive, everything we needed was in walking distance. Condo was clean and supplied with just about everything you would need. Greg and Robin were awesome as our hosts. We will be back someday.

Everything was zen

The property was lovely. It was clean and well-stocked, and the views from the balcony were to die for. We really like Flagler Beach; it is the quintessential small town on the ocean. The owners made themselves readily available throughout our stay. The beach and the pool were both perfect. We will be back!

Amazing

The property was very clean. The location to the ocean is the best, especially waking up to the waves everyday. The owners were responsive to our texts messages and even checked in with us during a severe thunderstorm. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Million dollar view

5 stars all around. Everything was great-property, neighbors, & beach. The condo was quiet and peaceful. Sunrises were great. The view is the best. Amenities were great in the home. Greg is a great host. Flagler Beach is one of our favorite places to go. We will be back! The best place we have stayed thru VRBO.

Best view of the ocean

Overall our stay was wonderful. Mentioned a few things could be improved upon and the host was extremely accepting. Hurricane prep is definitely a priority and well understood and agree. Some small items mentioned are on the list for the future as per the host, again the hosts were very accepting and understanding. Very good communication. Would stay again

5 ⭐️stars 💯 Recommend!

This property was amazing. Better than the pictures in my opinion. It was fully stocked with pretty much everything that you would want or need except food. The decorations are very appealing. You are literally just steps from the beach as well as the pool. It’s about a mile walk from property to pier. There are so many shops and restaurants between the townhouse and the pier. Tons of tiny little local shops. You can lay in bed from the front bedroom and see the ocean. There are two balconies facing the ocean, one off the bedroom and one off the living area. In addition to that there’s two tiny little balconies on the other side so you could actually sit out side on the other side if you wanted to. The bed and the pillows were comfy. The only downfall was the bed was creaky. Which really is the only negative that I could think of for the entire trip. The owners were very communicative and kind and welcoming. I didn’t have any needs arise but I could’ve contacted them if I did. Honestly, I never wanted to leave……
