Enjoy spectacular sunsets on your private lakefront balcony at this beautiful condo with upgraded furnishings and appliances, private beach access, and a community clubhouse brimming with resort amenities! You'll have plenty of space to stretch out and relax, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, four TVs, and free WiFi. The community clubhouse offers two swimming pools, a hot tub, a children's splash area, a fitness center, and a fun-filled game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a media center!

This condo is part of the exclusive, gated Cinnamon Beach community, which sits between St. Augustine (25 miles north) and Daytona Beach (32 miles south). Spend a memorable day in St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city which offers living history museums, Gilded Age hotels, specialized air and sea tours, and amazing food that you can't find anywhere else. Or, you could take A1A south to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk with its plentiful shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment.

THINGS TO KNOW
Babies do count toward the occupancy maximum at this rental. The Ocean Hammock HOA strictly enforces an eight-person maximum for each reservation, and non-compliance will result in eviction.

Every individual vehicle must be registered for a Fast Pass 3 days prior to arrival. Your Fast Pass will need to be displayed on your dashboard during your stay. To enter the complex, you will need to present it and your drivers license to the gate attendant each time.

If you have not received your Fast Pass via email at least 3 days before your arrival date, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Perfect for our trip

Great location, very short walk to the beach and both pools. Perfect unit for our 2 families. We were able to make all of our meals there which was nice. Check out the pond from the balcony, you'll probably see the resident gator and some turtles, sometimes the otters. We will be back.

Slice of Paradise

Love Cinnamon Beach property. Just beautiful. Your unit was outstanding. Everything nice and clean.Only problem I ran into was getting the TV's on (but that's because we're not 20)And getting in the unit and locking the door was really difficult. Not sure of a solution to that problem but we were putting those numbers in at least 15 times each time we tried.Also, suggestion - a paddle fan on the porch.Other than that, nicest VRBO I've stayed in!!!

Weekend Get Away

The resort was beautiful and the unit was very conveniently located to the beach access and pools. The layout worked well for 2 families sharing. The carpet in the unit is stained and worn. We did have a few maintenance issues but Johanna was responsive and did a great job helping to resolve the issues.

Great Location

Beautiful sunset from the balcony Condo was extremely dirty, and I had to hire a cleaning company to clean mold, grime throughout kitchen cabinets & drawers, floors throughout need scrubbing! Mold in both bathrooms😩 Furnishings need updating The pools and views are lovely. The grounds are spectacular! I left the condo’s condition cleaner than how I found it!

Excellent service....property needs updates....carpet has to be changed...red sofas also...the screen doors need repairs ...the porch has to be cleaned.for spiders etc

Great location but in need of updating

Cinnamon Beach is a great location in which to stay in. The amenities in the community are wonderful! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Although at first glance our unit seemed clean, we had some issues with mold especially in the master bath. Furnishings were older and in need of updating, and not as comfortable for our long term stay. The kitchen was well stocked but again certain things needed replacement.

Nice location, could be cleaner

Check in was great, space was roomy and perfect for our needs. My biggest complaint was questionable cleanliness. Every ac vent was VERY dusty, so much there was dust on the ceiling by every vent. The bathrooms had mold in the shower- both on the door in the primary and on the shower curtain in the 2nd. The large wonderful porch was nice but it very clean, including the bucket with a dirty mop— if the floor were mopped with that mop— eww.

Family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We had to make a last minute change of plans due to hurricane and tropical storm but werre not disappointed in our selection! The only recommendations I have is that the vents and ceiling fans could have been cleaned. Probably wouldn't have bothered most people but when you have family members with allergies it can be a problem...that's why I gave cleanliness a 4, otherwise the unit was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked but could use some newer cookware! I really appreciate the property manager being so prompt in delivering more towels to our unit! Overall, this was a 5 star vacation for our family!

Disappointed

We were disappointed because in two other occasions, 2017 and 2018, we stayed in building 1100 and were extremely pleased. We were not expecting that this building was being painted and had scaffolding on both sides which obstructed the view.. Furthermore unit 954 clearly is not as well kept as others. The hallway and all traffic area carpet is warn out work and looked like it had grime in dirt. The pots and pans have all the Teflon chipped and burned so were not useable. We had to purchase disposables to cook. The flatware was thin and cheap and insufficient quantity, the sliding glass door would not lock. The dishwasher Detergent dispenser does not open during the cycle. We supply pictures of the carpet, pots and pans and poor view.
