ADK South Shore Retreat with lake access

We are Brian and Kim Hostetter, we have 3 children, live in Southeastern PA. and have grown to love visiting the Adirondack's. We love it so much, that we decided to purchase this home in 2020 with the dual purpose of using it as a vacation home as well as a short term vacation rental. Our desire is that our guests enjoy their time at our "retreat" even more than we do. We enjoy the area very much and it brings us much joy when we visit. One of the best parts about being a host is hearing how much fun our guests have and the great memories that are made staying out our "retreat". We feel the area is special and want others to experience it as well. We visit the area quite often. We enjoy spending time with family that lives in the area, as well as hiking, swimming, boating, skiing and exploring the surrounding area. My husband and 3 sons spend a lot of time hiking in the high peaks region of the park. They are trying to hike all 46 of the high peaks and someday become Adirondack "46ers". We hope someday to purchase at least one snowmobile and experience some of the many miles of trails in the area.
