The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 140 m² house for rent in Marsac, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
First floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds and a bookcase
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC

The house is ideally located in Marsac, in very pleasant surroundings. In the neighbouring villages (Saint-Clar, Lavit de Lomagne), you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
The accommodation is just 3 km from 3 towns on the GR65 and the route to Santiago de Compostela (La Chapelle, Poupas & Gramont), ideal for pilgrims and keen walkers!
