Completely renovated in 2021 with high-quality materials and fully equipped, you will enjoy staying in this elegantly and tastefully decorated 33m² apartment.
Ideally located in the heart of the historic district, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Free parking options are available within a 10-15 minute walk.

The apartment features an open-plan living area with a lounge and TV, a small kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, freezer) with a dining area. A beautiful bedroom with a premium 160/200 cm bed, and a bathroom with shower and WC.

Please note that this apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a steep spiral staircase typical of the region, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty moving.
Rue du Dauphin is currently closed to traffic. To make your arrival easier, we recommend accessing via Rue de la République
