The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned house with jacuzzi for rent in Plouër-sur-Rance, less than a kilometer from the port. It can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 70 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bathroom with shower and jacuzzi area, accessible all year round at no extra charge
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), TV
Outside:
- A 10m² terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the warm weather
The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Located in the heart of the Emerald Coast region
- The medieval town of Dinan is 15 minutes away by car.
- Bourbansais Zoo is 20 min. away by car
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 37 min by car
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private gravel parking lot (1 vehicle).
