Welcome to The Nest Haus, a cozy oasis set on several acres at Bird Haus Farms. This charming tiny house has been newly renovated to provide a comfortable and inviting getaway.

Accommodation Details:

Sleeping arrangements: A queen bed, a fold-down couch, and a twin bed in the loft (with a 3ft ceiling). The space sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate up to 4 people if needed.
Amenities: Enjoy a full kitchenette with a microwave, small stove/oven, and fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include AC/heat, coffee, and a Hill Country vibe that’s just 5 minutes from grocery stores and dining.

Prime Location:
Travel distances: 45 minutes to Fredericksburg, 30 minutes to New Braunfels, Boerne, and downtown San Antonio.
Conveniences: H-E-B and Walmart are only 5 minutes away.

Parking and Accessibility:
Parking: Space for one car is available directly by the house. The driveway is steep but paved.
Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible – there are gravel paths and stairs leading into the house.

Guest Experience:
We love meeting our guests and are available to provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. If you prefer a quiet visit with minimal interaction, we understand and respect that.

Nearby Attractions:
Less than 5 minutes away, you’ll find Walmart, H-E-B Plus, and various dining options. During the day, you might catch sight of small planes flying over from Kestrel Airpark.

Additional Info:
Nearby Tiny House: We have another tiny house about 75 yards away, and the driveway is shared.

Noise: You might hear faint highway noise at certain times of the day.

Pet Policy: $100 pet fee. A friendly hound dog lives on a neighboring property and may be heard howling from time to time.

Extra Fees: An additional linen fee of $20 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests. The fold-down couch is best suited for a smaller person.
Window Screens: Please note that there are no screens on the windows.
Pond Access: For access to the pond, please refer to the property map – driving is recommended.

Rental agreement required.
There is a $100 pet fee. Max 2 pets. There is a $150 security deposit for direct bookings. Early check in/late check out if available for a fee.

Wonderful, quiet getaway

The tiny house was so cute and tucked away. Loved the proximity to Boerne and Fredericksburg. The view and the location was perfect.

Tiny House in Spring Branch TX

A very cute, comfortable and welcoming place to stay, close to Guadalupe State Park— a wonderful park that is worth a trip on its own! Our hosts were so responsive and available to advise or assist with directions ( when I got a bit lost ). If we ever return to the area we’ll be sure to reserve our place there at the Nest Haus again!

We came in to town for a Memorial Service and had to find accommodation last minute and Neat Haus came to the rescue. Communication regarding the property was crystal clear and prompt. Expectations were met and exceeded. We knew we were getting a nice view but seeing hill country from that vantage point was mesmerizing. Would highly recommend the property to friends and family. Sleeps 5 very comfortably. Shops and restaurants very near by. Very easy to get in and out of the property. Deer and Birdie were also spotted during our visit.

Wonderful weekend at the Nest

We had an incredible weekend getaway staying in the Nest! The host was exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was charming and immaculate, with all the amenities we could ask for. The highlight was the stunning view from the porch (complete with rocking chairs), which made our mornings truly special. Our dog especially enjoyed the pond/swimming hole. I can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend escape. We'll definitely be back!

Peaceful With Amazing Views

Cute little place, clean and has everything we needed. The porch was our favorite spot — watching the sunrise and deer with morning coffee, and then watching the sunset or lightning storms move across the mountain ranges to the north in the evening. It’s very quiet and only one other nest in sight but not in any way blocking the views. One thing we wished for were cushions for the rockers. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping needs. All types of area attractions…Canyon Lake, State Parks, River tubing, Spas, and boutique shopping. Hosts were always quick to answer any questions by email, but otherwise we were left to enjoy our space w/o interruptions. All in all a great experience.

This was the PERFECT place for us.......

My husband and I desperately needed a quiet, out of the way, cottage for our stay. This rental was exactly that, PLUS, we got a great night sleep here. It's small, but has everything you need. The fire pit outside was an added plus for my husband. .....I couldn't get him inside! We loved it.
