Newly remodeled efficiency condo. The condo is in a private entrance gated courtyard with community heated pool and hot tub with patio furniture and on-site laundry facility. Best family beach is only a short walk away with seawall, free parking, and outdoor showers! Seasonal golf cart rentals are nearby. Condo furnished with a queen-sized bed, full sleeper sofa, microwave, cooktop, and cooking supplies.

The space
The space is small but comfortable with an open feel. Queen bed and living room area, with a full size fold out couch, are the first parts of the room when you walk into the space. There is a full kitchen with a stove top and oven. A coffee maker and filters are there for your convenience. Located a short walk from the seawall and beach that is family friendly. That beach access even has free showers and restrooms.

The place was absolutely amazing it was safe with the gated community very easy driving to the beach and parking no issues. We had a bit of a roach problem and the host said it was because they just sprayed but we chose to keep food in the car or in the fridge due to the amount we saw . Other than that it was absolutely amazing. Sand toys for the kids , cooking utensils, pool was clean and all residents were very kind with no problems during quiet time hours

Pictures of the property needs updated the front gate is several different colors it's been painted so many times. The condo had roach traps in plan sight I did see live ones, there was supposed to be drapes over door there was none, there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no spoons. The host was very accommodating went and purchased t.p. and spoons.

Perfect condo for what my family and I needed and an excellent price. We were a little dissatisfied with the cleanliness. Dusty fans and a few roaches. Still would recommend it to others. Thank you
