ヴィララスパルマス27は5ベッドルームと現代的/快適な家具が備わる新しい家です。 3ベッドルームはキングサイズベッドとプライベートバス付きのマスタースイートです。 ベッドルーム番号4はフルサイズベッド2台があり、バスルームが付いています。 5つ目の寝室は、二段ベッドとダブルベッド用のベッドが備わる二段ベッドで、6人の子供を収容できます。 その家は12人ベッドで寝ています。

This was a perfect home for our family! It is the most beautiful setting. Concierge Adriana was attentive and accommodating for all our requests, including reservations for dinner and transportation to and from airport.

Property was nice and well maintained. The concierge however was not readily responsive or timely with communication, provided us with inaccurate pricing on chef services. Transportation costs were billed inaccurately as well.

Family vacation

We gathered our kids together from 3 different states and stayed a week here. It was perfect! The host responded quickly and put us in contact with his concierge, Adriana, who communicated clearly and quickly to all our needs. She helped arrange a family photographer, another golf cart, a grocery delivery, and all our transportation to and from the airport as well as to our excursions. She recommended Cheferick for our personal chef. They prepared the most beautiful and delicious breakfasts and we also had them prepare one dinner for our group. We all agreed that next time, we will have them prepare all of our dinners because it was so convenient for our group with children and it also was always so DELICIOUS! We went to all the beach clubs but loved being able to come home and swim in our own personal pool or relax in our hot tub. The housekeepers kept everything so tidy and fresh for us. We had an absolutely perfect week! Worth every penny!

An ideal home for families, accompanied by incredible staff! Unforgettable spring break!

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, perfectly situated for two families enjoying a spring break together. Our concierge, Adriana, was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt an incredible warmth and welcome! She expertly coordinated our experience, managing transportation to and from the airport, securing dinner reservations, arranging a scenic boat ride, organizing a fishing boat trip, and even connecting us with an amazing private chef for breakfast every morning—Karina from Chefrick was truly extraordinary! Highly recommended!

This property has everything!

Everything was so well organized: the house is beautiful and has such a wonderful layout to perfectly accommodate our group. We had such smooth communication with the homeowner and with the property manager, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing Family in Christmas in Punta Mita!

House was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen and all amenities, beautiful pool and hot tub. Was perfect for our family holiday. House location is situated on a beautiful fairway with views of the ocean. Chef Erik and his staff served a gourmet breakfast each morning. Everyone involved with Casa Cielo was so kind and accommodating. Looking forward to our next visit!

GREAT VACATION!!

We had a FABULOUS time in Punta Mita!! This house was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults & 2 children. We loved everything about it! Barbara was very helpful every time we had a question! An added bonus was having Abel & Daniel cook breakfast each morning—they were OUTSTANDING & we really missed them when we left!! Already hoping to come back next summer!!

Fabulous.

Absolutely gorgeous property - loved every minute. We were a group of 4 couples and everyone had a spacious room, bathroom and plenty of space. Barbara with the concierge service was fantastic. We also had Chef Erick and Alejandro come to make some meals and they were so amazing and fun. Loved this property and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

A beautiful house in a perfect community!

The house, accommodations, and property were immaculate. All of the needs of our large party were promptly taken care of. Communication was always extremely quick. And this house could not be more perfectly located! It is located within a beautiful resort (Punta Mita) with wonderful beaches, pools, and other amenities. Additionally, plentiful and authentic food, stores, and markets were just outside the resort gates (Corral del Risco), which made for memorable daily outings. 10/10 will definitely return!

Great extended family Xmas trip

We stayed here with 10 family members total, adults and adult children. House was great and Susana — our concierge — was very helpful in getting everything ready for our trip, extra golf cart, dinner reservations, yoga at the house, catamaran excursion. Great location inside the gates yet close to town for grocery shopping and dinners. Highly recommend!

Fantastic birthday celebration!

We had the best time in Punta Mita at the Villas at Las Palmas. The whole development is beautiful, lush, green, and private. The staff at every beach and surf club was so nice and helpful. Our villa was wonderful, just as described, immaculately clean. The two master suites are really impressive with king beds and huge bathrooms. The third ensuite is very nice, if a bit smaller than the other two. The double room is perfectly nice and cozy. Our single friend loved the bunk room. The kitchen is top notch. Lots of space to cook for a big group. We had Chef Erick prepare our birthday dinner and it was the best! They made a fantastic Mexican meal with a fresh strawberry cake. We were snacking on it for days. Their fee was very reasonable and worth every penny. Our concierge Susana was a huge help throughout our stay. She took care of all our reservations and had great recommendations. She really helped us make the most of the villa and the resort. Thank you again Susana! I would encourage guests to explore all of the beach and surf clubs. All had great food. We never had a bad meal. So much fresh fish - a healthy vacation! We really loved the Sufi and Kupuri beach clubs. Sufi has an amazing infinity pool and outstanding food. Best swordfish I've ever had. Kupuri has the best beach and bars. The little village just outside the resort is terrific as well. We had meals at three different restaurants, all were good. The little shops and pharmacies all had good prices that were the same or lower than PV or Sayulita. To sum up, a great time in a beautiful villa in a gorgeous resort!

Great for families

This is a great home for multiple families, every room is en-suite with the bonus bunk room for the kids. The home is extremely well stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen, and closets, including really helpful amenities such as baby high chair, pack n play - even a wonderful hat collection! The outdoor showers were amazing, all of the outdoor space is excellent for dining and pool time. The home manager was excellent, extremely responsive and there to assist with any need! Stunning location with ocean views and on the golf course. We will definitely return and have recommended to several others. Thank you for helping us to have an amazing trip with our family and friends.

Take your own soap

I have never had to write a bad review before but I felt obliged to let people know what to expect just in case they are as particular as our family. Property is very tired. Furniture could be updated or cleaned. Space Ok for a family of 8. Living space too small for 12. Sofas only seat 6 people. Dining table only 8 people. 3 more at bar stools if you don’t want to eat together. Upon arrival you can smell the mold in the living room. We were told to open the doors for a while and it might help. It didn’t really do much to change the smell. All it did was let out the cold air and bring in the hot air. The double glazing in the door leading to pool was all fogged up on one side and looked dirty. When I complained that they needed cleaning so we could look at the view outside through clean windows, we were told that they were aware of the problem but that the glass needs replacing and they were not authorized to do it. Air filter above dining table was moldy and filthy. Obviously not being changed or cleaned. linens on beds very tired. They did not have enough pillows and the concierge had to run out and buy some. Decorative pillows on master bed were dirty. Kitchen is small and lacking in amenities. Not they they are required to supply anything but the pantry was the barest I have ever seen and we have stayed in Punta mita 5 times. Teflon peeling off the frying pans. Could not use. Had to make eggs in a soup pot. When we ran out of shampoo and soap it was not replaced until I complained. The housekeeper was very unaccommodating. It was unpleasant having her around for four hours a day. All in all a bad choice for our family. I was surprised that it got good reviews but I suppose it was reasonably priced for a large group that mostly dines out and doesn’t have little kids. The net that is supposed to keep flies and mosquitoes out of the entry way has huge holes in it and needs replacing to be effective. Have pictures if anyone is interested.

The best if Punta de Mita

A very special stay celebrating my husband's 80th birthday with our family. Everything was amazing, including the host, the beautiful home. the concierge Susana and waiters in the various clubs. So happy to have discovered Punta de Mita.

A Great Vacation!

The property is very nice and has a great location. The concierge, Susana, was amazing. The beach clubs (included) are fantastic and the home includes a golf cart for transportation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are a couple glass sliding doors that are really fogged up, blocking some of the beautiful view.
