Poor Experience. Poor check in experience after long flight. Muggy hot room

Where to begin…this was just a poor stay. After our arrival internationally from the US we arrived in Zurich to our apartment. I put in the code. It didn’t work. I put it in three more times in the combination lock to retrieve our key. It didn’t work. I called them, they were closed. I tracked down number after number and called, no one answered. When I finally got to a person, after trying for a very long time, they told me their system had an issue. That our code changed. I asked why they don’t inform their customers of code changes? Do they just expect us to wait outside in the middle of the night? When we finally got in the room was hot and muggy. It’s actually miserable staying there for a few days. It gets really hot. They had two fans which do nothing. Poor checkin experience. Poor customer service. Poor apartment. I give it a 1-10 and the one is for the restaurants being so close.
