The front door of this 33 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a large TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen contains all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals.

The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen, and cupboards to store your belongings and make you feel at home.

The bathroom is in the bedroom. It has a washbasin, a large mirror, and a shower. The toilet is separate.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, so all you have to do is enjoy it!

Important note: It is located on the 4th Floor without an elevator.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting many financial players.

The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens.

The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian streets, bars, restaurants, and shops, is a must for enjoying the evenings in the capital! If you're looking for a green space to rest or take the sun, I recommend the square Louvois.

Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores in the neighbourhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience.

The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, as it is only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, or Galeries Lafayette.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Strasbourg St Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), is just a 4-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
