Accommodation: HOUSING: This 2-room apartment of 26 m2 is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes: - one bedroom with bunk beds- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 radio- an independent kitchen with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service- a shower - a separate toiletThe balcony with views of Mont Blanc is exposed North. The ski locker is in the residence.Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (extra charge of 40€)No WiFiThe apartment is equipped with duvets.THE RESIDENCE: L'Équerre is less than 300 metres from the shops and the centre station. Departure and return of the ski slopes about 100 meters. Public parking available in front of the residence. The exposed North apartments enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.THE QUARTIER: The quietest area of Les Coches resort, all residences are 100 meters from the track and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers panoramic views of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the centre station is via a pedestrian trail in less than 5 minutes.SUPPLEMENTARY AND NON INCLUSIVE BENEFITS (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift packages...Deposit and residence tax to be paid on site.
