After extensive travel around the globe, we created an environment for you to kick back and relax with your friends or family. Our home is an ideal location to experience the best things Charlotte has to offer. Right off I-77, located in a quaint community with a chill backyard. Only minutes from South End, Charlotte's hottest district, or Uptown, where the action happens. Surrounded by so many of the most sought-after restaurants and sights in the area. Each room offers a taste of Charlotte.

A quaint, sleepy community with a large backyard for hanging out around the fire pit, barbecues, or playing games around the picnic table. Just down the street is a playground for the kids, or enjoy watching high school or college athletic teams practice their skills on year-round football turf.

All BKS stays are contactless self-check-ins. We are also available via text and have a local team should you need anything.

Our Charlotte home boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably. The bedrooms include a King Suite, two queen bedrooms, and one twin bedroom, each equipped with new mattresses and cooling or down pillows. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for guests, along with a 50-inch smart TV in the living area for entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stylish appliances, basic cookware, a Keurig coffee maker, and a hot water kettle for tea enthusiasts. Free WiFi is available, and a washer and dryer are available for guest convenience. Parking is available in the driveway but not on the grass, and street parking is at the guest's discretion.

Guests have full access to the home and are encouraged to make themselves at home. While traditional cable TV is not included, Roku and Amazon-friendly TVs with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more are provided for use with personal login information.

Our ‘Yea School’s Out’ Teacher Get Away was a success! Very clean, lots of consideration (there were pads, make up towels, poo poo spray). Host was responsive & welcoming.

Comfy Cottage

We came to Charlotte from from St. Simons, GA to celebrate my sons 13th birthday. When we arrived we were greeted with birthday balloons the host had left in the home for my son. So very thoughtful. Beds were super comfy. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Coffee station and comfy blankets were my favorite. This home worked perfectly for our families needs.
