Hi, I'm Lauren, new mom and West Palm Beach local. This is a boutique cottage property owned by me. I love to travel so I really love being able to host others at my home now. This is a welcoming space for anyone needing a safe, cozy haven during their time here.

We’re 3 miles to the center of WPB and gorgeous Palm Beach Island. It’s a few blocks to the new southern bridge where you can wave at (or other hand gesture of your choice) Mar-A-Lago as you head to the beach.

Unit details:

Cottage A is a cozy (400 sq ft) 2-BR with 1 KING room and 1 bunk bed room (single-over-full); as well as full bath and stocked kitchen. Each BR has an AC unit for ease of temperature control.

The stay includes:

•Beach cruiser bikes & inflatable SUPs - free for guest use
•Stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, toaster)
•Organic coffee
•ZeroWater pitcher (filters changed regularly)
•Bath towels/linens (not for beach use)
•Beach towels
•Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner
•Smart TV
•Free Wifi, great connection
•Easy street parking - always a spot right in front

Parking is on the street right in front of the main house. It's a very safe, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

NO parking in the driveway.

Washer/Dryer Usage Notice
Please note that the on-site washer and dryer are available for minimal use, limited to guests staying one week or longer and to be used only during the designated hours:
Morning: 7 AM - 10 AM
Evening: 7 PM - 9 PM

Important Notes:

* * PETS, INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS: I welcome pets but MUST charge an extra fee because the cleaners will charge me extra!! PLEASE list pets in the booking, regardless if it is a service animal or not. If we have any more issues this we will sadly have to prohibit animals entirely.

*Inquire first about long term stays for potential savings.

** Long-term stays: I require cottages to be fully cleaned and sanitized weekly for long term stays. The cleaners will change the towels and bed linens, and respectfully clean around your belongings. Cleaning will take place weekly in the afternoon starting one week from check in date, unless otherwise discussed.

* Please read house rules after booking.

Host Lauren is very friendly and eager to make sure the stay goes well. Very well located close to restaurants, downtown West Palm Beach, and the Norton Museum. King bed was good for us. I think the apartment would be small however for Plus sized people.

The host was having the roof repaired when we arrived at check in. There was no communication from her. Then she was annoyed when we canceled our reservation due to unsafe conditions. Then she only refunded half the trip. I had to contact VRBO to get my full refund. She was not honest and shouldn't be trusted with people's stay. I had to quickly find somewhere to stay for my business trip. It was awful.. But VRBO's customer service helped me to get my refund

Cute, compact space. The yard was under construction with a swimming pool being built. The owner was transparent & communicated the situation. The owner was extra accommodating to our schedule and we are grateful for finding a clean, space to stay while we were there for a baseball tournament for my 16 year old son.

Great Spot – Would Definitely Book Again!

Had a great stay! The home was close to the beaches and downtown and very spacious. The host was kind and extremely easy to communicate with, very responsive. Everything was smooth from start to finish—would definitely stay again!

Lovely time in WPB

We felt safe and enjoyed our stay! We ended up interacting with Lauren several times and she was so kind and gave us great local recommendations! She was accommodating of our 8 month old son too which I really appreciated because every other VRBO owner I contacted before booking told me they wouldn’t allow an infant and I should find somewhere else to stay.

Amazing home

Lauren is fantastic! It was really easy to book and check in and out. The place is clean and provides mostly everything you need on your vacation. Definitely recommend!

Lauren’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my dog to escape the Midwest winter. Everything was clean and nice. The area felt very safe as well. Can’t wait to go back next winter!

Very cozy

The property as described is 450 sq feet...the pictures and description are accurate...great for short stay...easy access to beaches and I95 although planes will fly overhead ...the yard area is very nice and access is easy...no stairs..but the unit was not comfortable for a month stay as there is no cupboard in the second small bedroom, no dry goods storage in the kitchen and until we asked for a space heater no heat during a very cold (48 ) wet period,. There is a very uncomfortable small daybed with feather pillows in the only seating common area. There is no washer or dryer.So a great place for shorter term or if these issues we had don't concern you. particularly cold and wet period

Cozy and Convenient

Lauren's VRBO is one of two connected cottages at the end of the driveway behind the main house. The VRBO was clean and well-stocked per the description. For anything else, there's a supermarket within walking distance. There was always parking available on the street in its quiet neighborhood. While the VRBO is small, the outdoor common area was a nice place to unwind after the kids were put to bed once the seating was turned to not look at the back of the main house. Taking one of Lauren's inflatable paddleboards to Phil Foster park turned out to be one of the trip highlights.
