Great cottage right near main street

The cottage was perfect for our weekend in Montrose for a friend's wedding. The location made it easy to walk to dinner and only a 10 minute drive to the majority of places we were going for the weekend. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Adorable getaway in downtown Montrose

This is an adorable and immaculately clean property within walking distance to historic and charming downtown Montrose. The house is well appointed, very comfortable and feels like a hotel, but with the privacy of a house. The yard was great for our dogs and the hosts were very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend a stay here!

Awesome accommodations

The place was perfect for our stay in Colorado to do some off road Jeeping in the Telluride and ouray area. The place was clean and modern and very comfortable. It offered all the comforts &appliances that one would need. highly recommend and I will definitely be staying at this location again. Communication was great and upon arrival had a nice welcoming surprise.

It’s a great place to stay. The house is clean everything you need is there. You can walk to local pubs and restaurants. We liked starving Arvans for breakfast and the horsefly For dinner and drinks. All the questions we had was answered quickly, in a timely matter.

Comfy cute cottage!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights with our dog. The pathside cottage is the perfect location to downtown Montrose. This place has recently been redone, very clean and cute with great use of the space. Has everything you will need to cook with in the kitchen and also has a BBQ as well. We also felt very welcomed with the cute welcome gift from Jessamy! Thanks so much we had a wonderful stay!

Location! Steps from downtown

Extremely clean, very updated, cute patio, k cups galore. Good heat/AC but hard to figure out controls. Room for our 3 bikes in the house, directly beside the bike path. Helpful neighbor. Felt very safe. Uncomfortable couch. Overall, would highly recommend.

Incredibly lovely cottage in ideal location!

Jessamy’s cottage in Montrose is wonderful! My husband and I traveled to town for a long weekend getaway to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The cottage is well equipped with literally anything you might need and has been lovingly put together with style and quality in mind - awesome appliances, super great linens/towels and kitchenware - everything feels brand new. I also don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a cleaner vacation rental! The location is fantastic- right off of the bike trail so you can step out the door and walk to town, a quick 20-minute drive to the Black Canyon and 45 minutes from Ouray. Jessamy even left me a surprise for our arrival since she knew we were coming out to celebrate my birthday. We could not have had a nicer home base for our trip and will be back again soon. Thanks a million for an A+ experience, Jessamy - we so appreciate your thoughtfulness and your amazing attention to detail in your beautiful cottage!!

Amazing Pathside Cottage Perfect!

My wife and I loved our 3 night stay at the Pathside Cottage. The cottage was spotless with 2 bedrooms nice TV room great kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to cook or BBQ outside. We were close to Main Street which had numerous restaurants and bars. We very much appreciated Jessamy’s welcome gifts and she reached out to make sure everything was in order. This was the best VRBO we stayed at and Montrose is a great home base to many outdoor activities including the must see Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. Thank you Jessamy for one of the highlights of our Colorado adventure. Will definitely be back.

Amazing cottage

The description does not do this place justice. It’s so nice and has an amazing location. Not to mention the beautiful decor that makes it warm and inviting. The kitchen has every utensil you’ll need. Communication with Jessamy was so easy and responses were quick. I recommend this place 100%.

Great place in Montrose!

The Pathside Cottage is a great house right in the middle of Montrose with quick access to restaurants, grocery stores and highways. It’s cozy, super clean, stocked with accessories, well maintained and recently renovated. Jessamy is a great host and we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, completely new renovation!

This is the first time I booked a place that didn’t have any reviews and I am so glad that I did. Jessamy’s house was just renovated top to bottom and everything in it including the furniture, appliances and everything you can think of is brand new. The whole house had the freshness and cleanliness of a very nice hotel. The beds were the most comfortable I have experienced in a vacation rental. If you are planning a trip to Montrose and this house is still available, consider yourself lucky and book it!
