This charming little home is cozy and close to the downtown restaurants and shopping in Montrose. Drive-in movie theater just a few minutes away. BBQ on the back patio or walk/ride to one of the local breweries for dinner or a fun night out. Games, books, tv and high speed internet provided. There are so many outdoor activities nearby - hiking, paddle boarding, the Black Canyon National Park, a day trip to Ouray, etc. City of Montrose, CO Sales Tax License #016540

Tidy home with all the amenities. Liked the grill and outdoor area. Well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Location close to everything. Check in and checkout easy. Plenty of parking.

Great house and location

The house was great for two couples. It was clean. The kitchen items were labeled and easy to find. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient to Black Canyon of Gunnison (the park was closed due to a wildfire), Ouray, and Silverton. The owner was responsive and very helpful.

Humble Haven Bungalow was exactly a haven for us, we didn't want to leave. The beds are comfortable and the entire house was immaculate and spacious. Kirsten was very communicative and professional. There is so much to do in Montrose and surrounding area. We recommend "Toasty" the food and service were amazing. Blue Corn and Phelanies were fun places to go to in Montrose. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area

Comfy and there is a washer and dryer in the main bathroom.

Great location

The property was easy to find, and we were able to walk to the main area of restaurants. It was also close to the hospital as well, just in case there was any need for that.

Great place to stay

I am so glad we booked this property. It is close to downtown, and just a short drive to other points of interest near Montrose. It is very clean and full of wonderful amenities. We will definitely be booking it again on our next trip to Montrose.

Great Stay near Black Canyon

This cute home was a great location for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We were also able to walk to dinner, a brewery and a speakeasy which was fun. The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed. We would recommend a stay at this location.

Black Canyon Adventure

Perfect home base to explore the Black Canyon and enjoy to town of Montrose. We even went to the drive-in movie theater. It was a great comfortable place to stay.

Convenient, Clean and Cozy.

The host was helpful, and very easy to communicate with. The house had everything you could possibly need, and was clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again, on our next visit!

Really Cute Place

Kristen was so gracious to have us at her cute little home. The two full bathrooms was a huge plus, and the fact that it was so close to town was also great. She even provided noise machines in each room. I would definitely stay here again.

Fall motorcycle trip

This property was perfect. If we return to this location, we will definitely be staying again. We were able to walk to the downtown area each night after riding to the beautiful sights in the area. We used the kitchen minimally but found everything we needed. The two beds and baths were great! Thank you again for renting your property to me!

Great rental

The stay was great! Loved the home so much! The listing says there are 2 beds in each room but there is not. This made it difficult as my sister and I had to share a bed with our 14 yr old daughters.

Comfortable and well located

We stayed here for an excursion to Black Canyon NP which is about a 20 minute drive from the house. The house has everything we needed: comfortable beds, good water pressure, well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean and in good condition. Definitely recommended for groups of 2-4 people visiting the area.
