Central Location to everything
Location was awesome! AC was fully functional.Enough beds to host 10 people if you book the guest house. Checkin and checkout was easy. Hosts communicated very often due to the issues at hand.
Several downsides however if it is a large group,
living room Sofas gets huge dents and not recommended for people with backpain. Deep dents evident once you sit for a bit.
The house (esp kitchen and living) look much bigger in pictures. It's not ideal for large groups. Not much room to maneuver for a large groups.
Guest house Bathroom and sink are very tiny and the window in the shower has no drapes and very uncomfortable as it opens up to the side house. Slant surface on window does not hold the shampoos etc..
Toilets have a problem or it seems like the host makes it a big deal not to flush toilet paper.
From the get go one of the toilets in main house had an issue as it was not filling water and the host kept saying it was us who clogged it. A plumber had to visit to let him know it was indeed their issue with the tank that needed real repair. We were short of bathroom for this very reason and this was the most dissatisfaction factor that made us so disappointed.
Host wanted to send someone to fix but we were not comfortable having someone come by and fix it during our stay as it was a real plumbing issue which was supposed to be checked and fixed before hosting such a big group.
The big tub in master sprays water with force and there WILL be water spillage all over if you are not careful and not used to. The tub obviously is open and would have been great if you had a stand-in shower.
Kitchen sink does not have an electronic garbage disposal and when asked the host said this is not a requirement in Europe and many Europeans rent this place. But this house is in America.
A lot of my time was spent communicating with the host back and forth which could have better spent with my friends instead.
Our group felt we would pick another place and not come back to this house. It might be OK for some people but not our top pick and this was our groups instant and overall opinion about the house.
