We had some issues with cleaning when we arrived, but I contacted the management company right away and it was rectified immediately. Management was quick to answer and take care of the issue.

Great New Year's stay with friends

We spent the days around New Year's Eve in this property with 9 people in total. For this group size, it was the perfect place to stay! Everything was clean and tidy, and the house offers a lot of space. We especially liked the comfy couch-area right behind the entrance for playing games or sitting together and chatting.It's easy to get into Miami, since the next bus stop is just around the corner. There was also enough space to park three cars.However, you have to be aware that this place is located very close to the Miami Airport, which leads to a certain noise level, also at night. However, this was not a problem for us.The communication with Angel as our host sometimes took a little longer, but still was always in time, friendly and helpful.If you're looking for a place to stay in Miami for a larger group, we can recommend this place!

Tried leaving the property as soon as entering but could not find another accommodation due to peak travel season, hence forced to stay. Property is not clean at all. Foul smell on entering the property. Couch was filthy showing marks of excessive usage and dirt. Could not sit on it. It could not accommodate 12, let alone accommodating 14 as promised. Beds were of twin size except master. Property was very small for said party size Washer room was inaccessible for half of the time. Host took a lot of time to respond which caused inconvenience No curtains on bedroom glass doors. If you need no light at night, sorry, be ready to be awake! Leaking showers in bath, no availability of hot water in master bath leaving only one bath for all the guests to take shower. Owner did not respond on this request at all. Main door lock stopped working when entered at 2am. Luckily, one of my family members opened it from inside. If everyone is out, it could have been a nightmare!!
