North of Downtown Miami and west of Miami Beach, a Greater Miami neighborhood that was once a collection of warehouses has been transformed in recent years into one of the world’s hippest hangouts. Full of eclectic restaurants, bars and shops, Wynwood also offers visitors countless opportunities to enjoy the best of international contemporary art, whether in galleries or simply on the street, where colorful murals make it a go-to place for Instagra mmers.

A stroll along the main thoroughfare of Northwest 2nd Avenue and its side streets reveals all the things that make Wynwood famous. There are craft breweries like Wynwood Brewing Company and Cerveceria La Tropical alongside independent boutiques, taquerias, food halls and laid back bars such as Gramps that have outdoor spaces for some fun, al fresco. On any given day, you’ll find locals caffeinating at Panther Coffee before heading to neighborhood co-working spaces, or grabbing a bite at much-loved eateries including The Salty, Coyo Taco and Zak The Baker. Boutiques such as Frangipani and Wynwood Tribe carry made-in-Miami and international merchandise that will make a stylish memento of your Miami trip.

Wynwood is perhaps best known as a hub of contemporary and street art. Both serious and casual collectors are welcome at more than 70 galleries, which sell pieces at all price points. Synonymous with the neighborhood are vibrant murals, which were originally commissioned by the neighborhood’s visionary developer, Tony Goldman, in the early 2000s. Years later, Wynwood’s renaissance is all but complete, while the outdoor gallery of striking art continues to evolve. While you can see murals throughout the neighborhood, the centerpiece here is the Wynwood Walls. Purchase timed tickets in advance to view more than 35 murals by world-renowned artists. As popular with locals as they are with visitors, the walls (indeed, Wynwood itself) offer a unique and memorable experience.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)


LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors


PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.

Please take time to read the house rules as they are really important as staying in nice residential areas means being respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood’s rules.


- Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed. Parking on neighbor’s lot isn’t allowed. City will fine and tow cars not respecting these rules


- Plumbing: Please do not flush anything else than toilet paper in the toilets as it could cause a cloggage leading to toilets and showers to flood. Please throw anything else than toilet paper in bins.

- Windows/doors: Please make sure to keep all the doors and windows always shut. Not doing so could harm the AC unit and reduce the quality of the AC during your stay. It would also avoid having any insect to come into the property, as you probably know, Florida has a tropical climate with a lot of wildlife and vegetations, especially during the current season.

- AC: Please do not set it under 72 degrees and make sure to shut all windows/doors at all time. If the AC outperforms it could cause it to freeze and therefore leak. If frozen, there is nothing else we can do than turning off the AC for 30 min and wait for the ice to melt.

- Trash: Please do not bring the bins in & out as we have staff to do so. In fact, the city doesn’t hesitate to fine any bins which stayed out.

- Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.

- Late check out: As courtesy, we will ask you to please honor the check-out time to give our professional cleaning staff enough time to clean and sterilize the home for our next guest as we did to prepare for you. A non-respect of the check-out time will engender a penalty, imposed by the platform.

- Keypad: It's pretty simple. if it's ever showing you a hard time for any reason, please take a video and send it our way to we can assist you asap

- Propane bottle: if you ever run out of gas during your stay, please take the bottle to any gas station/walmart/home depot which charge $20 to refill and send us your receipt so we can reimburse you.

- Wifi: If for any reason you are facing a disconnection, unplug it for few min and plug it again to reset it.
