Coastal Casita a small family home. Sleeps 4 guest comfortably. Two bedrooms, two full size beds firm mattress. I am willing to share it and hope you feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. Kitchen offers all essentials. Boat Parking available. Note: The property includes an additional trailer/rv situated on-site about 60 feet away from main house. It may be occupied during your stay. It is fully separate from the guest houses.

This is such a wonderfully cozy, relaxing property! It has everthing you need to feel at home away from home. I loved the back porch, grill, and picnic table.

Great place. Small, clean, and so close to Conn Brown harbor for you fishermen. I'd definitely stay again.

Aransas Pass fishing vacation

Great place to stay. Fair price, close to boat ramp and other amenities. Suited our needs perfect. Really good remodel job.

Cozy Home Away From Home

We enjoyed staying at this house. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to HEB. The bathroom and kitchen was fully stocked with items that might be needed. We highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

This is a little gem in the neighborhood.

The space is very clean and homey with a spacious kitchen. The host was very responsive, kind and accomodating.

Great place for small family and small pet. Host was very kind to have the place detailed with instructions and complementary coffee. Close to driving distance beach and Corpus Christi.

Loved it here!

Lots of bang for your buck! The ferry ride to Port Aransas is fun and easy. Just a quick hop in the car to the beach and food in Port A and the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium in Corpus. We didn’t want to leave.

Easy check in. Home in nicely decorated with all the amenities you could want. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all the things to do. Really enjoyed our time. Hated to leave.

Cozy casita

This property is very clean and convenient. My wife and I enjoyed it greatly. Obviously it has been carefully upgraded and well cared for. I highly recommend it.

Home away from home

Very nice kitchen. Beds uncomfortable with itchy sheets. Bathroom shower difficult to use and very slick floor. I appreciate needing certain information, but usually my experience it is in a notebook - not sticky notes all over the house.

Simple and sweet!

Really loved staying in the Casita! Such a simple little home that had everything we could possibly need. We really appreciated the air fryer to be able to heat up our leftovers from dinner. I wish the beds were a little less hard- maybe a mattress topper would help? There were also quite a few mosquitos that found their way inside, so I wish there were some citronella candles or some sort of sticky bug traps to help with that. Overall, the neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the overall location in relation to restaurants and stores was fantastic. Would stay here again if we ever need a place in Aransas Pass!

Nice cottage!

Quick place to sleep after a long fishing charter. MUCH better than staying at a hotel for a comparable price. Beds/linens very comfrtable (my main interest). Newer fridge.The bag of ice in freezer/cube trays ready to use was greatly appreciated. I could easily see spending a week or so here, cooking, etc. AC ice cold! Didn't see a single mosquito... maybe they don't like me? (owner mentioned mosquitos/bring mosquito spray a few times but I din't see one) Also very good communiction. Very easy/ Will book again for next years trip and may bring the fam!

I love this Casita, it's so cozy and comfortable. Please stay here and I am open to your suggestions. The bedding will be changed for each guess. Fresh towels (bath). The yard is large you can park your cars and boats in the drive way or bring them into the fenced area and stay to the left side closest to the house.
