Excellent location and Sandrine (the person who manages it) is extremely communicative and responsive. The checkin and checkout process were easy (she meets you at the property).The location of the appartement is great -- very close to the center of town and restaurants and with a great view of the sea. The parking space is also much appreciated (note that it is a tight fit that you need to back into but very do-able).There are a few issues worth noting about the place. It does not come with sheets (or towels). Sandrine did let us know a day before (thankfully else we would have come with nothing to put on the beds) and it is an extra charge to get sheets and towels. I told her that this was not in the VRBO listing and she was going to see about getting it fixed (if you know about it, it's not a real issue -- just plan and account for it). The other issue also is that it is very barebones in terms of what they provide: there is one roll of toilet paper and a hand towel. That's it. So bring soap, detergent, sponges, etc. Providing a starter set or even leaving what others leave behind would go a long way in making this easier. The AC is brand new and works great but is *only* in the front room (not the bedroom). We were able to cool the bedroom by keeping it lower and using a fan but worth noting. The AC was much appreciated in the heat wave.Overall, a nice place to stay close to the center of St Maxime. We were 2 adults and two young kids.
