Newly remodeled! Your home away from home in Norman with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It sleeps 6 guests. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This cozy, modernized house features:
Sleeping arrangements:
2 full beds, 1 queen sized futon
*If needed- our living room couch is large and very comfortable, let us know if you’d like to sleep on it and we will leave extra sheets/pillows out for you.*
The bedrooms have an extra pillow in the closets. The bedroom closets have hangers for use and each bedroom with the full size beds also have dressers for clothing storage. The room with the futon has extra bedding in the laundry closet on the shelves above the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are available for guest use and we have laundry detergent and dryer sheets available.

1 full bathroom with shower/tub. Towels, body soap, shampoo & conditioner provided.

Our place will make you feel right at home while you're traveling in Norman.
Start your morning on the back patio deck with our outdoor seating and a cup of coffee, espresso, or both!

In the living room, we have a Samsung Smart TV available with all of the streaming services downloaded and ready for you to login to with your account(s) to enjoy your favorite shows or movies. We provide free WiFi internet, coffee and coffee add-ins, tea, games, and reading materials.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to make the whole family a meal. It has almost all newly updated appliances, besides the dishwasher, which still works great as is. We provide dish pods, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponges, kitchen towels.

The dining room table seats 4 and the bar countertop has two seats right next to the table, so everyone will still be able to enjoy each others company during meals. You can also dine out on the back deck, pull up the extra outdoor chairs to the end(s) of the table and it very comfortably seats 6.

The kitchen and bathroom have a few cleaning supply items should you need to clean anything during your stay. There’s also a broom/dust pan and vacuum in the hall closet.

We had the best weekend! We are in the process of visiting college campuses. OU is at the top of my daughter's list. My friend's daughter goes to OU so we got to visit, go the OU/Mizzou game, and be with family in the area. The house is so perfectly located. The teenagers wanted to walk to the game. OU won! The house was very clean. The beds were super comfy. One bathroom was a little tough but we managed for a weekend. Still gets a 5 star! The hostess was super helpful. We will be back!

The house was perfect for us. It has been fully remodeled and has a perfect blend of new everything while retaining the character of the original hardwood floors. It's also an easy walk to Main Street and beyond. The owner's clearly put a lot of effort into making it great, and Krystal, the property manager, is very responsive and so easy to work with. Boomer bungalow is in an excellent location just north of Campus Corner. It was clean with all the amenities as described. The property manager was responsive everytime we reached put to her. Overall the property was exactly what we expected. Thank you for allowing us in your home.
