Belle Vue Cottage, located in the mountains of the Okanagan Valley is situated on the waterfront. The cottage is in the gated community of La Casa Resort and has an absolutely breath taking view of Lake Okanagan from the deck. To add, it also offers an amazing space to play or relax and affords all guests the luxury of taking advantage of many amenities such as: the Marina which has 100 slips, 4 Sea Doo slips & a boat launch. It also has 2100 feet of private lakefront access, 2 Aqua Parks/1 Wibit, a swim platform, 3 waterfront sundecks-2 swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Paddle boards/kayaks and golf cart rentals are available seasonally. Other amenities include: a mini golf course and small driving cage, a children’s playground, BBQ picnic area , 2 Tennis courts & one Pickleball court, beach style volleyball. Movie nights are available at the beach on specified dates. Fire pits (year-round based on fire departments recommendation), miles of Crown land to explore for ATV's, snowmobiling (in the winter), mountain biking and hiking are available while at the Resort. In addition, there are 7 walking trails throughout the resort. A the small convenience store with a restaurant/pub/coffee bar/ice creamery located 1 minute from the cottage. If more adventure is desired, just a 7 min short drive to Fintry Regional Park features hiking trails, waterfalls, a boat launch, sandy beach, and a historical site of interest. For the golfer's out there, it's time to book your tee time at some of the world's best golf courses. Others may prefer to explore: the Kangaroo Creek Farm, Rosehill Orchard, visiting a Bee farm or cheese factory, Myra Canyon biking or walking trails, Historic O’Keefe Ranch and Kelowna’s Farmer’s & Crafters Market. Traveler's looking to shop may want to visit Village Green Shopping Center in Vernon and Capri Mall in Kelowna.
