This Air Conditioned, newly renovated, spacious 1 BdRm condo with Primary Bedroom and Full Bathroom plus Loft with half Bath is located in the Resort Community of Princeville. New Novaform Comfortgrande King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and Queen Size Bed with half Bath in a separate Loft area.
Relax with your morning coffee on the large lanai before heading out to enjoy your Kauai day. This condo has a fully equipped, up to date kitchen with new black and stainless cooktop stove, Blender, toaster, rice cooker - steamer and crock pot. Newly tiled walk in shower, bathroom and vanity. This unit provides a Reserved Parking Space. Beach chairs and cooler are also included. A wide variety of activities are literally right out the door, Princeville Makai Golf course and tennis courts are across the street. Hideaways Beach for swimming and snorkeling is within walking distance. The Princeville walking - jogging path will lead you to sunset views overlooking the North Shore. Beautiful Hanalei Bay and Kauai's North Shore are only 10 minutes away by car.

The host was accommodating and fast at responding. The condo amenities were great and then condo itself was very very clean with cute decorations. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and nicely organized. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was newly done. Having an in unit laundry was convenient and came in handy. We were within walking distance to beaches, walking trails and even a music festival

The condo was fantastic! It was great having a loft for my friend to sleep. The loft bed and Master bed were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Has a nice hot tub and pool. I felt right at home.

This condo was perfect for our eight day getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer, especially after hiking the Nā Pali Coast during a rain/mud storm! There were even a few seasonings in the kitchen and enough detergent to do multiple loads of laundry. What a blessing! We also loved the outdoor covered lanai to eat our tropical fruit for breakfast!The one thing to improve on would be a softer bed and/or topper and upgrade the pillows.The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Mike was a great host and the unit was comfortable and well appointed. There was an issue out of his control but he took care of it swiftly and made sure our visit was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kauai.

Hawaiian homey very comfortable ambiance was great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The place was super nice. Lots of little comforts of home, as opposed to hotel or timeshare places. We would definitely come back. Mike was easy to work with and replied very quickly if we had questions.

Great home base for your north shore adventures

Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. Property was clean and well maintained. Great location in Princeville. Be sure to read the listing carefully as there is no A/C (which we were aware of), but the fans do a pretty good job keeping things cool. Would recommend as a home base for your north shore adventures.
