We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was perfect with easy access to everything on the North Fork, and the property itself was spacious and comfortable for our whole family. My grandkids absolutely loved the backyard, and we had a great BBQ our first night there. The dining room easily fit all 10 of us, which made family dinners really enjoyable. Every bedroom was very comfortable, and the open kitchen and den layout was perfect for keeping everyone together throughout the stay. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Our family truly enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend stay at this beautiful farmhouse that is updated, but still full of charm. The rooms are very spacious and the backyard is large and private. Holly was a very responsive host and we appreciated her quick assistance with questions before and during our visit to the North Fork. Thank you!!

The house was renovated and beautiful! They thought of everything for children, from toys in the house to lots of stuff in the barn. Swing set and Zip line were a hit ! Beautiful property, but the Chalupta tree, which is beautiful, shades the pool and drops a lot if leaves. More garbage cans and recycle bins needed. Sound Ave is very busy and noisy. Lots to do in the area, for kids and Adults. Overall, it was a great stay, highly recommended

We stayed at this renovated farmhouse from November 14–17, 2025, and had a great experience. Our original trip was scheduled for October 10–14, but a storm came through that weekend. The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to reschedule to November, which we really appreciated.The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. It feels recently updated while still having a lot of charm. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing, talking, and enjoying a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook and eat in.The setting on the vineyard is peaceful and scenic, and the location is convenient to nearby beaches, farm stands, and wineries. One small note for future guests: the pool is closed for the season starting in early October, so if using the heated pool is important to you, it is worth planning your stay for the warmer months.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would be happy to return. This is a lovely property with a very responsive and thoughtful host.

A North Fork Gem

This house is truly magical - we had the best time staying there! The house has a wonderful mix of beautiful design/decoration and comfort/family friendliness. The pool, swing set and zip line were an absolute hit for our kids. The location was also perfect for morning runs through Hallock State Park and afternoon farm stand trips to Patty's or Harbes... not to mention the great vineyards nearby.
