Plenty of parks, beaches and docking facilities. 10-15 minute drive to John Wayne ( (Santa Ana) Airport, Fashion Island Mall, DIsney Land, Orange County, Costa Mesa/ Irvine Central Business District. No Parties at this rental. Newport Beach City enforces a strict Noise Curfew after 10PM.

A great location and 2bedroom/2 BA fully furnished and equipped unit for both business and pleasure.
