This modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen w/ bar seating, a spacious living room, 2 car garage, rooftop patio w/ amazing views of Downtown Nashville skyline. This home is located within WALKING DISTANCE of Nashville’s 12th South hotspot The Gulch a popular restaurant, shopping & bar area. We are a short $5 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium.

Weekend Stay in Nashville

Great property, easy to get to downtown with short Uber. Everything was super clean and enough space/beds for 12 guys. Weather didn’t allow us to use the roof as much as we’d like but great views of the city. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property for your next getaway.

20th Anniversary Work Trip

Great spot for our work celebrating with 8 women! Lots of beds that were very comfortable, plenty of kitchen pans dishes etc, garage was a plus. We didn’t use the rooftop because of weather but it was lovely view! Home needed more bath and hand and kitchen towels. Otherwise all good!

Girls Trip

I had 7 guests and all of us had our own beds, 2 of us with our own room and bathroom. Super cool rooftop deck. Little things like linens are on the older side, but overall place is clean, beds are comfortable.

Run down vrbo

It’s obvious that someone bought this place as an investment property and is just letting it run down. Floors are splitting and coming up in several places on all levels. A second grader has been making tile repairs in the bathrooms. The showers are not maintained as the shower heads are barely letting water out. When two showers are in use the second story shower has no water pressure. The driveway up to the property is such an elevation change that many vehicles can’t even get up there. It’s also evident by the scrapes up the driveway with vehicles bottoming out. Walls are beat up. Exposed drywall screws and dents. The paint is contractor paint which means the property has seen zero repainting since the stayed on layer from the build. We brought 9 men to stay for a bachelor party for the weekend and the sleeping arrangements beyond 4 of the beds are for children. Whomever owns this property probably has two much money and doesn’t care. You’ll get that feeling if you choose to stay here unless things are handled differently with the upkeep plan.

Awesome house

This house accommodated a large group extremely well. Plenty of space, layout convenient for privacy and to go to bed at all different hours. Extremely close to Broadway, $7-$8 Uber. Safe area.

Family reunion

Nice place! Plenty of room for all of us. The rooftop was really nice. Having use of the garage was a bonus. Blackout blinds would be nice. The sun rose early while we were here. Plus we struggled with getting a good temperature in the evening. It was a little chilly. Overall is was a great place to stay!

Amazing property

This was perfectly equipped to accommodate a large number of people. The house was extremely clean and all instructions were clearly communicated. The owner promptly answered any questions. We are already planning on using this property again.

Nashville stay

We were very pleased with the property. The layout worked well for our families. It was in a convenient location that provided a great home base for our trip. We did have a minor issue during our stay but Drew responded quickly and it was resolved. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Great fun in Nashville

Property was just as advertised. Very pretty decor. Well stocked kitchen. Rooms as pictured. Rooftop deck was awesome. Neighborhood is safe and clean. Ubers were plentiful and very inexpensive. 5-10 minute ride to Broadway and local breweries.

Celebrating Kelly’s Graduation Mother-Daughter Trip

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The location was good - near enough to Broadway, but not too near as to be too loud. The roof top area and view were fantastic! We had an issue on day one, but Drew was there immediately to take care of it.

Golf week

Liked the Edgehill area near Gulch’s excellent food and drink. Not far from golf. Wow, Broadway has become much busier than 5 years ago! Crazy strip. Nice visit. House was comfortable. Rooftop was a good chill spot.

Bachelor Party

I stayed here for my Bachelor party with 12 people. All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of full bathrooms for everyone. The entire place was nice and everything functioned well. The rooftop is incredible, with an awesome view of the skyline and a huge outdoor couch with a firepit and other hangout areas. The property manager responded quickly on VRBO to any inquiries and were easy to work with. 10/10 recommend for Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or group gatherings. You can walk 15 minutes to the Gulch or uber/lyft to Broadway in 7-8 minutes and never paid more than $15 for the uber. Most of the townhomes next door (theres maybe 20-30) are rentals too so other parties are around you which is fun.

Girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay. I stayed in the same complex last summer and went back with my sisters and our daughters. We felt very safe and the house was very nice. The only trouble we always seem to have is getting an Uber to find the address. But other than that we plan on returning again and will stay in the same area.

Family fun for the New Year

We decided to ring in 2023 Nashville style! My husband and I took our teenage kids for a fun, quick get-away and loved this property! Everyone had their own room and bathroom - this place comfortably sleeps 12 so we had plenty of room. It was a quick walk (around 5 mins) to the Gulch - Starbucks, restaurants and shops very convenient. A quick Uber or longer walk to downtown Broadway. I will say that if you are looking for someplace quiet to stay this may not be for you - there were a lot of parties going on in the complex - not sure if it was just for NYE or if this is how it usually is. All in all - great property, great location and we would stay there again!!

Nashville weekend with the boys

We had a fantastic weekend at the house in Edgehill. It was very nice and big house. A lot of mattresses! Great amenities. Very short Lyft ride to Broadway and walking distance to music row and the Gulch.
