Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We had a wonderful time at Dolly's World. We are a group of 7 women and old high school friend who travel together! The place was convenient for uber pick ups, close to town, adorable decore! Kitchen was clean and well stocked!

Girls trip

The overall cleanliness need improvement. We found a dead mouse in the kitchen and a dead bird outside. The backyard had debris and I felt the bedding was worn and not as clean as I hoped for. Communication with the host has been poor.

Let's start with a positives it was very easy to be in contact with the host and they replied quickly. The location was amazing you were able to walk downtown to Broadway without having to use an Uber. There are lots of beds to sleep multiple people. Now the negatives the place was not clean the floors were terrible the walls were terrible the rugs were disgusting there were dirty dishes put away in the cabinets. When we arrived there were only 3 forks in the drawer we had 10 people staying at this unit. The coffee maker did not work of course we didn't find out until we purchased coffee for the 7 days we were there. The master bedroom comforter had a huge stain that was covered with a decorative blanket. There is inadequate seating for that many people one couch and three bar stools because the prior people broke the fourth bar stool. This seems to be a party pad that people destroy and that was not us we wanted to spend time in the unit cook and enjoy each other's company that was not easy to do. The photos do not portray the property and its condition. There were someone's dirty panties in our hot tub area on the ground. The outside is not maintained and is very dirty littered with trash. All the outdoor furniture is dirty and covered in mold. The seating cubes that are shown in the pictures are so flat that they look like dog beds. There was dirt and hair in every corner. This place has so much potential to be a great rental but at our stay it just was not up to par.

Good

My friends and I stayed here for our fall break trip. The place was perfect distance to broadway. The place was not very spacious and bathroom space is definitely limited. There was no closet space and only a few clothing racks with a couple of hangers. We also had an issue with ants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but if you're looking to spend a lot of your trip time in the vrbo I wouldn't recommend.

Disappointed

First the good. The location is great! The amount of space for all of us was good too. The updated decor was really nice. The bad. Upon arrival the sidewalk was littered with trash that stayed there for 3 days. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The hot tub doesn’t have a step to get in and out. Some of the fixtures need some fixing the toilet paper holder and towel hangers were loose and almost falling off the wall. And lastly, the listing clearly says that check out is at 11:00am but after we booked it they sent me a text saying that checkout is 10:00am. This doesn’t seem like a big deal but when our flight isn’t until 3:00pm it added to our long day of travel with having to leave the house early and carry our luggage with us. I feel if the checkout time is 10:00am then just put that in the listing.

The owner is prompt at returning VRBO messages. The unit is within 15 min walk to Broadway. It is updated, fully stocked, roomy and love the # of beds and large bathrooms. Lots of amenities. Several great photo areas. Needs more seating in LR for number of people it can accomodate. There were ants in LR and first bedroom. It does have a busy railroad behind it. Hot tub needs steps, it was too high to get in. Pool was left uncovered and had quite a bit of sediment on bottom. Surrounding stones are large and sharp to walk on so need to wear shoes. Parking lot is not safe as 2 of our car windows were smashed and property stolen...you're charged to park there but no-one responsible for vehicle theft/damage, and even though signage states monitored 24/7, did not have camera turned to face the lot, just the street. Police were prompt and very friendly, station is around the corner. Even though parking is not owners property, it is the one recommended, so just beware!
