Regarding the arcade machine, we did follow up after your stay due to damage that was identified. During your visit, you had reached out with questions about operating the machine, and it was found to be non-functional immediately after checkout. As outlined in our house rules, guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay, and a claim was submitted accordingly. We do want to note that concerns regarding cleanliness and other issues were not raised during your stay or at checkout, and were only brought forward after the damage claim process was initiated. We always encourage guests to reach out in real time so we can promptly address any concerns and ensure a comfortable stay.
