Fabulous spacious two story house, with gorgeous large back yard with gloriously BIG Private Swimming Pool, BBQ Grill, Large inviting living room with extra large comfy sectional sofa, Televisions, Free play arcade machine with 60 games to choose from, High Vaulted Ceilings, 3 bedrooms 1 Den, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, Spacious fully stock kitchen with Dish washer, fridge, stove, coffee maker and so many other appliances opens up to the Large Dining room area for gatherings, laundry room with washer and dryer, Strong Wi-Fi bandwidth, Televisions in every room,TV'S with Netflix, Disney Plus, Utube. Super close to Las Vegas strip, Downtown Las Vegas, close to the airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home.

🔐🚪🏠• Please Note: VRBO will be sending your beautiful vacation home’s address the morning of your check-in day, Your friendly host Ms. Rosie will be sending you the property’s access code to enter.

PLEASE: note the check-in and check-out times, we may be able to work with requests for earlier check ins or later check outs IF we confirm the requests at least 24 to 48 hours prior. Since we may have guests arriving or leaving the same day, we want to allow enough time for our cleaners to work.

The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail.

NOTE: No Parties or Visitors are aloud at all, only the guests that are staying at the house are aloud. ( exceptions may be made, please request permission from Host)

Please note: Guests are responsible for filling BBQ grill / Fire Pit Propane tanks.

The swimming pool may be heated per guests request for an additional daily cost of $165.00 Two day’s minimum.

• The pool vacuum has to remain connected at all times to make sure it keeps the water clean for your enjoyment. The swimming pool is maintenance Saturday mornings. And in the summer hot months it is maintenance twice a week.

We had a wonderful stay at this home during Christmas. The house was very clean, beautifully kept, and had extremely comfortable furniture, which made it feel cozy and relaxing. The pool is stunning and very large—unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it, but it was still a great feature of the property.The host was truly amazing. She answered all of my questions before booking and made the entire process feel easy and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable choosing her home and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the location near so many restaurants and stores. The pool was great, it was nice to have a few toys for the kids. The house was a perfect fit for our needs. We loved watching movies on the comfy couch and playing games at the large dining table.

Amazing stay for our education gathering

We have a group of teachers that gathered together on building programs for students. Still had the minimal number of 3 sleep over. So had a huge space for us.

Comfortable

The house was very comfortable overall and very clean. One of the cleanest rental houses I have been in. Kitchen, bath and bedrooms were well stocked. The backyard is definitely the high point. Very spacious with working fire and gorgeous pool. Some of the fixtures need updating- mainly in the bathrooms and showers. Beds were comfy and the couch in the living room was very cozy.

Celebrating 95 years of a Blessed Life

My mom celebrated her 95th birthday on December 7. Prior to our trip, she told us she wanted to celebrate in Vegas. As I tried to introduce other options to her, she was very adamant about her request so I was determined to make this a reality for her. So I invited family to join us and those that did, helped to make it a spectacular weekend for her. We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very comfortable for our group and fit our needs. Here is some feedback I'd like to point out. The listing advertised a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. There were actually 3 bedrooms. The 4th room should be listed as a loft area because it is an open area not actually a bedroom with a door. Also, in the listing was a "hot tub" but no "hot tub" was on the premises. Another important point I'd like to make is this is not a home for elderly or handicapped individuals. Unfortunately my 95 year old mom fell in the upstairs bathroom. There was nothing for her to grab hold to as she was using the bathroom and fell back in the tub. Other than this feedback, we had a great stay and enjoyed celebrating with my mom!

Awesome Home!! Close to all the Fun Stuff!!!

Rosie was AWESOME she was Johnny on the spot with communication and very kind. The house is big enough to suit 6 grown men and is perfectly situated in a nice neighborhood and a short Uber ride away from all the different stips or neighborhoods you'll want to visit during your stay in Vegas.

This was the perfect house for our family to get together for a visit. It the pool was great for all, beds were comfy, close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great Vegas Getaway

The home is great if your planning on staying in the Las Vegas area. The house was clean and was everything the host Rosie said it would be. Also communication was very fast and convenient when we had any questions or questions. The pool was amazing and very large in size compared to other places we stayed at in Vegas. Depending on the time your here definetely recommend getting it heated. She turned it on before we checked in so the water was warm when we checked in and were able to jump right in. Plenty of room for 8-10 ppl. Recommend staying here especially since the price is very affordable.

The Listing was not accurate

My biggest issues with this rental was that much of the listing was very misleading. In the original title it said it had a "Heated Pool". After paying for the rental we learned that it was $165 extra to heat the pool. This was at the bottom of the description of the house and we missed reading the fine print, but it seemed a bit misleading. To the owners credit that is no longer in the title of the property now. It is also misleading to say that the house has 4 bedrooms. It has 3 bedrooms with an open loft you can see as you walk in the front door. No one could use that as a real bedroom to change in or have any privacy. Also all 3 toilets are listed as Bidet toilets. None of which were bidets. Another problem was the tub in the bathroom in the hallway. It was really strange in that they had tiled the inside of the tub. It was strange and gross, and needless to say everyone who used it, showered with flip flops on. It just seemed like one thing after another was not as advertised and we felt a bit taken advantage of. Otherwise, the location was good for what we needed. The house has some wear and tear but was clean. And the owner was easy to work with.

False advertising and Creepy Host

False advertising - pool is definitely NOT heated. No way to turn it on because they have it locked. Not why we rented it but definitely were looking forward to using it. Creepy Host - we know for a fact that the Host or someone for the Host was inside the house every day when we were gone. We day lights in the house to be on because we knew we'd be back late. The first day we were pretty sure we had left lights on but the next day we specifically set them and paid attention. The light switches were in a different position and turned off when we got back (they were not automated nor set for online access). There was also a bag that we pulled out of the pool and set aside that was no where to be found in the yard so someone picked it up and it wasn't pool or yard guys. The intrusion was reported to VBRO as it was invasion of privacy. Host was really weird about giving acccess on the day of arrival. She said she wasn't going to give us the code until we got here. She actually did and let us in really but it was very strange that they didn't send it with the email the day before like most hosts do. House itself was ok. Clean and usable. Not all beds had full sheet sets which is strange but...whatever. Ultimately would NEVER stay here or anywhere else this host has again.

Nice home in a convenient location yet away from all the traffic. The pool was beautiful in the large back yard and the beds were very comfortable.
