The house was exactly as described. Very nice place and really easy to get to and from any place in the Las Vegas area. The host was quick to respond when we messaged them.

I went with my family and we loved staying here. Very close to the strip. I appreciated that shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper were all supplied. It was nice not to have to worry about that stuff. We were there in March so the pool was not open. We were all wishing it was.

Kitchen well stocked with dishes and the basics for cooking. There is a coffee pot and keurig (huge for my aunt and uncle). Good selection of glasses for adult beverages.

This house was awesome as well as the host. We had a couple questions and they answered very quickly. House was fully equipped, down to even detergent to was clothes. Actually there was even shampoo and bodywash. All we needed was items to eat and drink. There was a smart TV in the living room, a projector in the game room that worked with apps. Guest rooms did not have TVs. Master did have a TV but was not connected to anything. Would recommend your own casting device. Pool was amazing but unfortunately the time of year we went, was still a little chilly. Can't wait to try again.

The house is beautiful. Outside pool was closed for the year but it was still running so we got to enjoy the sounds while outside. Good area for getting to the strip. Far enough away to relax. Close to stores we needed. Anything we needed owner was able to provide and had fast communication. Loved it.

This house was perfect for our extended family visit to Vegas for a family wedding. We had 6 adults and all fit very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was as advertised. My only minor complaint is that the fan in the master bedroom makes a clicking noise that was a bit annoying. Everything else was great!

We had a serious safety concern during our stay at this property! A dining room window had been unscrewed and the safety mechanism tampered with behind a shutter prior to our arrival. During the night, someone entered the home through that window while we were sleeping and stole our wallet. We had our kids with us, which made the situation especially concerning.The owner was initially responsive and kind when we reported the issue. However, communication stopped once law enforcement became involved and the responding officer was unable to obtain needed information. We did not feel safe remaining in the home and had to leave immediately to find other accommodations.A neighbor also mentioned that similar incidents have happened in the past, which added to our concern.Separately, the pool was not usable. It was very cold, and we were only informed in the move-in instructions that it would not be open until April 30. There is also no heater for the jacuzzi.Overall, while the host was initially responsive, the safety issue and lack of clarity around amenities made this a difficult experience. We would not choose to stay here again.

It was decent and we appreciated having a garage. I would like to know who was contracted on this house as there were so many negligent things. From holes in walls, broken stairs, outlets hanging, incredibly noisy bathroom fan and heater, large spaces in floor board and broken toilet paper holders. There are no rugs either making it very cold and echoes all night. We had to wash dishes prior to using them and only a microfiber towell to dry (major sensory issues with that) There was something all over a few walls (maybe an exploded soda??). With so many things we really questioned how clean it truly was and how much was remolded as claimed, or was it quickly put together. We did enjoy the pool table, but the outside pool was dirty and freezing. The hot tub looking picture is not a hotbtub apparently either. The host did respond fairly quickly and when we let them know that there was no wash towels, they did bring some by.

The property was nice and worked well for our stay, but there were a few things that could be improved.We provided the number of guests in our reservation and did not exceed the property’s stated capacity, so we were surprised that there wasn’t enough cutlery or enough bed sheets for everyone. The pool was also dirty when we arrived. That said, we sent a quick message to the host and they were responsive, extra sheets were brought over and the pool cleaning crew came by shortly after.The kitchen had limited accessories, but there was enough to get by for basic meals. One small touch that would have been really appreciated, especially after a long day of travelling, would have been enough coffee pods for at least the first morning.Overall, the property was fine for our needs and we appreciated the quick response when we brought issues to their attention. With a few relatively simple improvements to ensure the property is fully stocked for the number of registered guests, it would make for a much smoother arrival and stay.

The property was the same as the pictures. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a host house. It was a nice size space on a very quiet cul-de-sac. The host communicated prior to my arrival to give me my detailed instructions and codes for house entry. The outdoor pool space was nice,nice large patio area perfect for the hot summer heat. The location was very centralized to my event space,a lot of eateries, stores, and freeways.
