Welcome to Villa Barhi! This unique Mediterranean Palazzo offers an inviting tranquil environment; perfect to relax, recharge, or simply get away! The glorious reimagined outdoor space was just completed in October, 2023 and awaits your enjoyment. Refresh in our oversized saltwater pool – complete with spa, waterfalls, and an in-water lounge area. After your swim, soak up the sun in one the numerous lounge areas, or grab a book and stay shaded in our expansive covered patio. After being mesmerized by the stunning sunset over the San Jacinto mountains, all those outdoor spaces transform into your personal stargazing basecamp. Light a fire, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy the cool desert nights!
The spacious interior features a gourmet kitchen, multiple dining and living areas, fireplace and a private office. Sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a generously sized primary suite featuring a California King Sleep Number bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower with body sprays, dual vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. The junior primary suite offers a standard king Sleep Number bed, ensuite bath and walk-in closet; while the remaining bedrooms feature queen beds and share a Jack n Jill bath with dual vanities.
Located 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, with easy access to the Coachella Music Festival, the new Acrisure Arena and all our desert playground has to offer. Our horse corral accommodates up to 6 horses and your dog is welcome too! This perfect palazzo has all the amenities you are looking for with the added benefit of tranquility and serenity. RENTAL AGREEMENT - Sunshine & Swimming Pools, LLC
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES/TERMS & CONDITIONS. Under California law, stays under 30 days are considered a License and tenant’s rights do not apply. You as the Guest are responsible for payment, deposits and all facets and terms of the License as detailed in this Agreement, including good neighbor guidelines. This Agreement is a binding legal contract, and it is agreed that it must be construed as if both parties jointly wrote it, governed by California law. Your confirmation from the booking channel and payment of money or taking possession of the property after receipt of the Agreement, is evidence of your acceptance of the Agreement and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental. The Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The rented property is a privately owned home. You agree to indemnify the Host/Owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause, including but not limited to negligence, violation of any law, carelessness, neglect, theft or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind. Guests’ or occupants’ personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Host/Owner against loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others or any other cause.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and the City and owner strictly enforce all applicable City ordinances that relate to occupancy, unnecessary or loud outdoor noise, minimum age requirements, and parking. Per City regulations, NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time. This includes music coming from the inside of the home that can be heard outside. If your neighbors can hear the noise, you are in violation of the City Ordinance. You certify that each Registered Guest is 25 years of age or older and agrees to honor the specified occupancy limits for this home and conduct themselves in a manner respectful of neighbors by refraining from loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, disruptive parties, over-occupancy or any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, traffic flow, the community, and residents. Guest(s) will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to Host/Owner from Code Compliance, Police, neighbors and bystanders.
SURVEILLANCE. Outdoor surveillance cameras are located only at outside entry points for your safety and security of the home. A NoiseAware monitor is installed to ensure proper decibel levels are maintained. This device is like a smoke detector for loud excessive noise. City Code Compliance Officers conduct regular patrols to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
UTILITIES. Monthly rentals require a gas deposit for pool heat. If there are damages, fines, or additional charges, and the amount of the deposit is insufficient to cover those charges then Renter’s credit card will be charged. Renter, by confirming this reservation assumes full responsibility for any items found to be missing and any damage due to misuse, negligence or action on Renter or Renter’s visitors’ part, except in the case of normal wear and tear reported to the host within 24 hours of check-in. Renters will be notified of any charges that apply.
ACCELERATED EVICTION. Laws that are designed to maintain the relaxing and restful qualities that make the Palm Springs area a special place are strictly enforced. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds plus up to a $1,500 charge or the entire security deposit. In addition, Guest(s) may also be responsible for fines issued directly by City officials or Police for Good Neighbor Policy violations. A minimum $500 citation will be issued directly by the City without notice if a neighbor is disturbed, a complaint is outdoor music is played or if indoor music is audible from the property line. Guest(s) may not let, sublet or assign this License for all or any part of the premises.
PRIOR APPROVAL & PERMISSION REQUIRED - PETS, COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, EVENTS. Dogs are allowed in this property with a pet fee of $75 to be charged at the time of reservation through the booking channel. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed. If a pet is brought without prior authorization and payment, a charge of up to $250 may be assessed. Commercial photography and events are NOT permitted without prior expressed written consent of the Host/Owner - please inquire if interested.
POOL AND SPA USE. Occupant and all other guests & visitors, during the Term acknowledges that they have INTENTIONALLY ELECTED to rent a home that includes pool and spa amenities. Spa heating is included in the rental amount. Pool heating is an additionally charged amenity and $89/night, which can be ordered up to 24 hours prior to arrival. For 30+ night stays, please inquire about discounted pool heating rates.
OCCUPANT(S) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT POOL AND SPA AMENITIES CARRY INCREASED RISK FOR POTENTIAL PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEAL DUE TO, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
1. Drowning is associated with immersion in water.
2. Falling injury/subsequent drowning associated with hard surfaces surrounding the pool and spa which may become slick because of water on those surfaces, a risk particularly enhanced by horseplay and careless behavior. UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN are particularly susceptible to the dangers inherent in the use of pool and spa amenities.
3. Drowning is enhanced by the USE OF ALCOHOL, and such use is not recommended before or during the use of the pool and spa amenities. The effects of alcohol may be enhanced by dehydration and desert heat.
4. The spa may be set higher than 98 degrees, and prolonged immersion in such temperatures can result in overheating of the body and subsequent medical complications, including death.
5. Spa heat can also result in unintentional loss of consciousness or falling asleep, which can result in drowning/death. This danger is accentuated by the use of alcohol.
6. Occupants acknowledge that the Host/Owner provides no supervision or other protection against the inherent risks associated with pool and spa use, whether by Occupant, their children or their guests, and Occupant accepts full responsibility for the increased level of care and potential injury associated with these amenities. Occupant further acknowledges that DIVING IS PROHIBITED in either the pool or the space, because neither is of sufficient depth or design to accommodate diving. Diving will likely result in INJURY or DEATH.
FLOORS. Please take care to mop up any spills or standing water accidentally tracked indoors from the pool area. FLOORS CAN become slick and present a falling hazard if water is spilled or dripped on them. Additionally, the pool water may contain salts and chemicals, which if left standing on house floors, can stan and etch the floor.
GLASSWARE. Plastic glassware is provided for your enjoyment. Please USE PLASTIC GLASSWARE ONLY when in the pool or spa, or the immediate surrounding area. If broken glass enters the pool or spa, notify the Host immediately for your safety and the safety of future Occupants.
OUTDOOR GRILL. If an outdoor grill is provided for your enjoyment, please remember to turn it off when you are finished preparing food. Failure to do so will result in excessive gas consumption and a potential fire hazard.

This property is only 10-15 minutes away from everything but seems like it's hours away. Create a completely secluded and peaceful vacation in this private desert retreat. This spacious estate house sits on almost two and a half acres of date palm trees and tranquility. Come host a wedding, family reunion, or getaway in a faraway place about 15 minutes from Palm Springs and the Coachella Music Festival. All events must be pre-approved. Also included is a 2-person Jacuzzi tub in the master suite.
The estate includes three horse corrals plus a wash & patience pole. Finally, there are 100 date palm trees on the property.
