Welcome to the Lofty Pelican! This 3-story contemporary beach home has a very open and airy feeling with 20-foot high cathedral ceilings, natural wood beams, and sweeping ocean and sunset views. From this home's 24-foot long front deck you can relax to the sounds of crashing waves while sipping a favorite beverage in bliss. Plus, you are only steps away from access to Heceta Beach with its miles of sandy shoreline!

On the ground level there is a two-car garage with a convenient toilet and washer and dryer. Enjoy the ocean air while sitting at the picnic table and watching the kids and dogs play in the large fully fenced back yard.

The main living space is on the second floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase the open concept and ocean views in every direction. The well-appointed, full kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and yes, even a dishwasher! Everything you need to prepare and enjoy your fresh catch seafood dinner. The primary bedroom is also located on the main floor and features a new king-size bed, dresser, and a 32" Roku Smart TV (one of three Roku TVs in the home).

Spiral stairs lead up to the third floor loft providing even more living space and ocean views. On a clear day you can see Heceta Head Lighthouse from the North facing window. Whether playing the provided musical instruments or relaxing on the sofa watching tv, or sitting at the table playing cards, board games or puzzles, you’re sure to have a fun time with family and friends.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
