Nice appt near Lisbon Center

Tidy appt with wooden ceiling and floors. The kitchen is equipped very well. 5 mins walk to tram 28E stop , 15 mins to Center. To park your car, we can recommend „Infante Santos“

A perfect weekend stay!

This was the perfect weekend stay in Lisbon! The location was good, it was a bit of a walk (15-20 min) to the tourist areas of Lisbon, but an enjoyable one. It had plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the apartment itself fit our needs perfectly. It is on the smaller side, but very comfortable. We had a little trouble getting into the apartment at first, but Breno was very helpful and quick to respond! Overall, a lovely stay! I would definitely come back.

Perfect Spot

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Lisbon and is a short walk from the centre and transit options. The stairs are quite steep and a bit of a challenge with suitcases. Once up them though, the apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The neighbourhood is lively without being too noisy.

The flat is clean, well equipped, cosy beds, located in downtown. Do not let your phone uncharged, because you will not be able to open the doors :-)

Cozy place

Worth the money. Not much space and narrow staircase not ideal if you have luggage. Car doesn’t come near the apartment so it’s a hike with the luggage then the stairs. Other than that everything is as described and hosts are very nice and accommodating.

Girls Trip Success

My college friends and I booked this property for about 5 days and were overall extremely pleased. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The bedding, towels, and pillows feel hotel grade. Included items such as laundry soap, toiletries, spices, and ice are details that made our stay pleasant and uncomplicated. The hosts are wonderful and fast with communication and were kind to drop off fans as it was warm. The onsite washing machine is so convenient and saves money, effort, time, and stress. The street areas are loud but we did not mind as it immersed us in Portuguese music, culture, as well as made us feel safe with the numbers of people. The noise could also be due to the fact that we were visiting during holidays and festivals. Additionally, the noise does not continue into outrageous hours of the night and windows block it out pretty well. It is walking distance to many places we wanted go. We walked to many different neighborhoods no problem. This was a great place to stay as we got to know Lisbon.

Very cozy and pleasant stay

We stayed at this beautiful small and cozy apartment. Very portuguese, comfortable beds with nice blankets, typical bathroom with window, very hot water, washing machine. The check-in was the easiest of all bookings! Maria and Breno are very friendly and they respond within seconds. Very customer-orientated. We really liked the stay in this apartment, it has a wonderful karma, is in a lovely neighbourhood with beautiful shops and the best ice cream ever! We will come back, that is for sure. The last day was a street festival infront of the street, all the children were outside dancing. The atmosphere was lively, we ate chorizo and grilled Sardinhas, the people on the street were singing with the band until 1:00! Although loud for this one special night with the festival, Maria and Breno called for police to ask how long it will take (the music) and we just sensed the good mood of this city. Also: best stuffed kitchen we have ever seen in an accommodation. Thank you

Great value clean compact apartment with everything you need

Great check-in- access via coded doors or direct via phone so no key needed. We liked the location but there are 2 flights of narrow stairs and a short but steep cobbled street to negotiate first . We were fine but might not suit everyone. Wall at base of stairs needed some attention at time of our stay. Apartment was fairly compact but clean and tidy and really well equipped including washing machine. Really good value for money. The living area is very small ( we were 4) and if the apartment were mine, I'd section it off and make it a bedroom and the largest bedroom a living area with bed settee. Lots of little bars and restaurants frequented by locals nearby which are fun. I guess the only thing which slightly affected our stay was the noise levels from locals late at night. Unfortunately, during our stay we had gangs of youths gathering on the corner outside and one night playing very loud music and inhaling from balloons. Tbh we mansged to sleep despite this but our friends really struggled with it. Hopefully this was a one off and just unfortunate, it is a city. Overall, we found it perfect for our needs and although not in the main Lisbon area we preferred it as just more authentic and we spoke to so many friendly locals here. We'd definately visit again, it does what it needs to for a short stay.

Sconsiglio questo appartamento per 6 persone perché è attrezzato per 4. Il divano diventa un letto matrimoniale ma è scomodissimo. Per il resto è perfetto, comodo per raggiungere il centro e posizionato in un quartiere molto carino

Kleine Wohnung, sehr sauber und gemütlich

Wohnung eher klein, maximal doch eher für vier Personen. Bad und Küche eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in der Küche soweit alles vorhanden für einen Aufenthalt . Die Nachbarn treffen sich gerne auf der Straße und daher eher etwas lauter . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und insgesamt alles prima

3 jours à Lisbonne

Appartement éloigné du centre historique. Si vous circulez à pied, Lisbonne est tout en côte. Les chambres sont confortables mais à 4 adultes nous étions à l’étroit dans la pièce à vivre. La cuisine très inconfortable pour s’y assoir et manger. La rue où est située l’appartement est bruyante. Café en face et dépanneur pas très loin. Si vous n’êtes pas européen, un conseil: changer votre carte SIN a l’aéroport, vous en aurez une nouvelle entre 10 et 15 euro, cela vous permettra de communiquer plus facilement avec les locateurs. Le système de fermeture/ouverture des portes se fait a l’aide de votre cellulaire.

Piso sinxelo nunha zona con encanto

A dona Rosa foi moi amable e atendeu todas as nosas peticións, ademais de deixar como detalle de benvida botellas de auga e chocolatinas. O piso é luminoso e estaba moi limpo, as camas son cómodas. Trátase dun piso algo vello, nun segundo andar sen elevador. As escaleiras son empinadas. Cociña ben equipara con cafeteira de cápsulas, fervedor e torradora. É unha boa opción por calidade/prezo nun barrio con moito encanto, a Madragoa.

Weltjugendtag Lissabon 2023

Mit unseren 4 Kindern waren wir beim Weltjugendtag. Da die Kinder noch etwas zu jung waren, sind wir als Familie gegangen und waren in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Bis auf wenige Kleinstigkeiten hat für unseren Aufenthalt alles perfekt gepasst. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus- und Bahnanschluss waren für unsere Tagesprogramme bestens geeignet. Lissabon ist eine tolle Stadt.

Très bon séjour !

L'appartement est fidèle à la description. Les chambres sont de belle taille. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Plusieurs tupperwares sont même prévus au cas où vous souhaitez apporter votre déjeuner lors de vos balades. Par la fenêtre du salon si on regarde à gauche on a une petite vue mer, ce qui ne gâche rien ! 2 ventilateurs sont à disposition, très utile car pas de clim et en été forcément il y fait chaud. Le logement se situe dans une petite rue donc très peu de véhicules mais cela peut malgré tout être bruyant car les locaux discutent dans la rue et parlent fort. Mais disons que ça fait partie du folklore local par beau temps. Les transports sont assez proches donc c'est pratique pour les différentes visites que vous ferez. Nous sommes restés 5 jours et avons beaucoup aimé la ville, et également Sintra qui est à faire impérativement !
