One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in a while. Easy check in, beautiful, clean property, friendly hosts (and Maddie the barn cat was a fun friendly co-host!) Would recommend to others and love to come back.

Fantastic property, clean and beautifully maintained. Maddie the cat made herself at home with us and was so friendly. The deer wandering by in the morning was extra special. The only thing I would suggest (for older folks such as us) that there be some flat stepping stones placed among the gravel. All in all, this rental was incredible. Thank you for letting us stay in your barndo.

Andrew was the best host! We booked the VRBO for our wedding and not only was Andrew so kind and accommodating for my limited mobility family, the space itself was relaxing and gorgeous. I will be forever grateful for the space and hospitality he provided. A great space for a couple or few friends to relax in nature but close to so many activities, restaurants, and historical spots. Would rate it a 10 if I could!

My husband and I came in for a cycling trip and we were not disappointed with our stay. Andrew was a wonderful host and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and felt like home. The shower was a highlight along with how comfortable the bed was. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and covered deck. Maddie the cat was the sweetest and visited us every chance she got. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

This was our second stay at this property, and it never disappoints. We love the location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the hosts, and their adorable cat (Maddie). We will always choose this home when we come to Nashville/Franklin. The home is super clean, the property is peaceful and relaxing, and the different animals make it memorable. There is so much to do at the home: relax on the porch, curl up inside with Netflix, grill out, enjoy the Harpeth River, play with Maddie, or just explore. We are already anticipating our next trip. The hosts are the best too! Super friendly, responsive, and fun to chat with!
