The 75 m² living area includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge with home cinema and a dining area.

A utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and everything needed to keep the house clean and well maintained (vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.).

The bedrooms are spacious and open onto the garden: two bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds, and a master bedroom with an electric 180 × 200 cm bed, including an en-suite bathroom with a PMR-equipped walk-in shower and a ceiling-mounted transfer lift system with rail.
