House adjoining another rental 'Gîtes de France'. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds. 1 double bed. 1 child's bed. Shower room. WC. Electric heating. Laundry room shared by 3 gîtes with a washing machine at extra charge. Enclosed courtyard not overlooked by the other 2 rentals. Ping-pong table shared by the 3 gîtes. The price does not include: towels, sheets, cleaning at the end of the stay, electricity over 8 kw/day: €0.12/additional kw. Gîte located 6 kilometers north of Sarlat, in a village in the countryside (adjoining and not overlooked) with bar-restaurant, butcher's, bakery, municipal tennis court, hiking trails nearby and large grounds around for outdoor games. Ideally located between the Dordogne valley, the Vézère (Lascaux caves) and the Lot department. Close to the medieval city of Sarlat, a city of art, history and gastronomy, you can relax in peace and quiet.
